  • Patent number: 11940120
Abstract: A desktop illumination device includes a light source; and a light guide including a light guide plate. The light guide plate has a light incident surface and first and second main surfaces. An angle at which an intensity becomes maximum in a light distribution of light emitted from the first main surface is in a range of ?90° or more to less than 0°, in a case where an axis passing through a center of the first main surface and perpendicular to an installation surface is defined as a vertical axis, and in a plane including the vertical axis and perpendicular to the installation surface, a direction parallel to the installation surface is defined as vertical 0°, an upward angle with respect to the vertical 0° is defined as a positive angle, and a downward angle with respect to the vertical 0° is defined as a negative angle.

  • Publication number: 20050107648
Abstract: The invention relates to a gas hydrate dewatering cooling and outputting apparatus which dewaters and solidifies gas hydrate slurry and takes out the solidified gas hydrate under ambient pressure. The apparatus comprises an output apparatus body 31 having a supply port 32 for the gas hydrate slurry on an upper part of a pressure vessel, a screw extruder 33 provided at a lower part inside the output apparatus body 31 and having a drain 37 and an outlet sealing device, and a cooling device 41 which cools the vicinity of the outlet 39 of the screw extruder 33. According to such a construction, slurry gas hydrate can be efficiently and continuously dewatered, cooled and solidified, and gas hydrate powder can be consolidated into blocks and taken out to the atmosphere.

  • Publication number: 20040020123
Abstract: It is required to provide a gas hydrate dewatering device which performs dewatering and produces a gas hydrate with a low proportion of included water continuously at high efficiency, under conditions in which the gas hydrate is not decomposed and the water is not frozen into ice. This is achieved by providing a dewatering device (12) for gas hydrate slurry which eliminates the water from a slurry in which gas hydrate is dispersed in water, including a dewatering mechanism of a screw press type within an environment which is maintained at temperature and pressure conditions at which the gas hydrate does not decompose and the water does not freeze.

  • Patent number: 6653516
Abstract: A method for producing hydrate includes supplying hydrate producing substance in a gas state into an aqueous phase in a hydrate producing vessel, thereby providing the hydrate producing vessel having a gaseous phase including the hydrate producing substance and the aqueous phase, and spraying water including methane dissolved therein into the gaseous phase containing the hydrate producing substance in the hydrate producing vessel, thereby reacting the water and the hydrate producing substance to produce hydrate.
