Abstract: A system and method are provided for associating an attachment file of an email with a separate storage location. The system and method can include the operation of storing the attachment file for the email in an electronic storage location. Another operation is selecting a user interface option connected to the email to initiate linking of the stored attachment file to the email. A further operation is connecting an access link referencing the stored attachment file to the email in order to link the attachment file in the electronic storage location to the email.

Abstract: A method is provided for distributing configuration changes made to a printing device in communication with a printer web server. The method includes the step of receiving a configuration change made to the printing device, in the printer web server. Another step is arranging a connection between the printer web server and a client web server located on a client device using an electronic communications protocol. A formatted message can be sent from the printer web server to the client web server, and the formatted message alerts the client web server to the configuration change made to the printing device. A further step is updating configuration data for the printing device stored on the client device.

Abstract: A printing system is provided that allows a user to reprint a previously printed data file. The system includes a printer driver configured to enable printing of the data files. A list of printed data files is stored by the printer driver. A user interface is configured to display the list of printed data files and to allow a user to select a data file to be reprinted. A reprinting module is also included to reprint the selected data file through the printer driver.

Abstract: An integrated voice mail system associates the ID of the sender of a voice mail with the voice mail. Also associated are IDs for the other recipients of the voice mail, as well as previous senders. These IDs are utilized as keys to retrieve identification information associated with those IDs. The identification information for the sender of a voice mail, as well as for other recipients and previous senders, is selectively displayed upon an enlarged telephone display for the recipient of the voice mail.
