Abstract: Bidirectional or multidirectional cascading goals allow goal progress to roll up or downstream multiple levels in an organization. This means that goals from be assigned by higher-level employees to lower-level employees and lower-level employees to higher-level employees. The progress of contributing goals directly modifies the progress of all upward goals to reflect accurate progress of the overarching goal. Goals can be standalone goals, or contribute to other goals. A connection between goals may be made during the goal creation process or after both goals have been created.

Abstract: A method for determining behavior-based relationships between website users is provided. The method may include monitoring activity of a plurality of users of a website to collect data regarding interaction with one or more content items associated with the website by the plurality of users. The method may further include analyzing the collected data to determine one or more relationships among the plurality of users based at least in part on the interaction with the one or more content items by the plurality of users. The method may additionally include generating a behavior graph having a structure defined based at least in part on the determined relationships. A corresponding system, apparatus, and computer program product are also provided.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described to intelligently determine adjusted real time probabilities that various task assignments will be completed by corresponding deadlines and, therefore, whether an overall team objective that the various tasks are designed, in the aggregate, to achieve. Determinations may be based in part on recent computing activity associated with data files of individual tasks. In particular, data files that correspond to individual tasks may be flagged as such by a service provider that may then track computer based activity such as increased data size of files or increased frequency of save event. By tracking which do not have a predetermined level of computing activity with regard to associated data files these tasks may be identified and resolved.

Abstract: A method for providing a customizable reward service may include monitoring user activity associated with a web site relative to an operator defined lexicon of activities, comparing user activity to conditional rules defining multidimensional behaviors and corresponding rewards associated with satisfaction of the conditional rules, and determining whether to generate a reward from an operator defined lexicon of rewards based on satisfaction of the conditional rules. A corresponding apparatus is also provided.
