  • Patent number: 9610135
Abstract: The laparoscopic medical instrument holding device has a platform with a holder for securing the instrument. The holder has at least two clamping claws arranged on the platform and each of the clamping claws comprises a two-arm base. Each arm of the base has movably mounted thereon a claw and each arm of the claw has at least two guide rollers. The arm of the claw has a ferromagnetic material footing located above a magnet mounted on the platform. A holding force between the footing and the magnet is adjustable. In the holder there is a releasably mounted instrument sleeve for securing the laparoscopic instrument. The instrument sleeve has a pair of internally mounted clamping elements and an externally mounted securing nut coupled via a deflecting transmission to a motor unit attached to the platform.

  • Publication number: 20170079728
Abstract: A surgical robot's tool arms assembly comprises three movable tool arms mounted on a base provided for detachable fixing thereof on a support structure. The first tool arm is centrally mounted on the base and has a first guide rail, which slidably receives a second guide rail which slidably receives a third guide rail. The third guide rail is fixed to a base for securing a surgical instrument. Each of the two remaining tool arms are situated on the opposite sides of the first tool arm. Each of the two tool arms comprises a first platform with slidably and rotatably mounted thereon a second platform. On the second platform there is further structure for mounting thereon another surgical instrument.

  • Patent number: 9393688
Abstract: A medical device manipulator is a motion controller of a surgical device and includes a fixed platform mounted on an extension arm and a mobile platform connected to the fixed platform by three connecting assemblies. On the fixed platform are three motors with encoders. Each connecting assembly includes a first arch connector with a first end directly rigidly connected to the rotational shaft of the respective motor. A second end is connected by a joint to a first end of a second arch connector. The second end of the second arch connector has at its end a transverse arch arm and is connected to the mobile platform, on which an auxiliary motor is mounted. On a shaft of the motor is mounted a gripping part. The rotational axes of the second ends of the second arch connectors intersect with an axis of rotation of the shaft of the auxiliary motor.

  • Publication number: 20150345601
Abstract: A mechanism for reciprocating linear motion of a medical device comprises a body, wherein are mounted a rotatable shaft driven with a drive unit and a guide with a slidably platform mounted thereon. The rotatable shaft has a smooth external surface and is connected with a shaft of the drive unit by means of an intermediate mechanism comprising at least two unidirectional clutches mounted on the smooth rotatably shaft in opposite directions. The platform is integrated with a transport mechanism which is mounted on the rotatable shaft and comprises rolling elements so arranged that points of contact of said rolling elements with the smooth surface of the shaft determine a helix.
