  • Publication number: 20240054455
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for collaborative session including co-browsing in a virtual workspace. The system includes a server-side network node including logic to access a web application using a uniform resource locator (URL) of the web application. The server-side network node includes logic to generate a first model of the web application corresponding to the current state of the web application. The server-side network node includes logic to provide a spatial event map identifying events in the virtual workspace, the events identified by the spatial event map are related to the first model of the web application. The system includes logic to create a second model of the web application as a result of updates to the current state of the web application. The system includes logic to generate an update patch using a difference between the second model and the first model of the web application.

  • Publication number: 20230353802
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for hosting a collaboration session by a server node between client nodes. The server node accesses a video based on a request message received from a client node. The server node provides a spatial event map to client nodes, the spatial event map identifies a log of events in a virtual workspace. The spatial event map allows playback of the video on the display of each of the client nodes. The server node includes logic to receive an input event identifying an input and an identifier of at least one frame of the video from at least one client node. The server node associates the input and the least one frame of the video with a digital asset. The server node sends an update event related to the digital asset to the client nodes allowing display of the digital asset.

  • Publication number: 20130125096
Abstract: Systems and methods for dynamic collection of probes may employ a probe collector process that runs in conjunction with (or following) a memory garbage collection operation. In response to receiving data indicating that a probe is to be removed from an application and encountering the probe during execution of the application, the probe may be marked for removal. The probe collector process may subsequently remove the probe by replacing some or all of the probe code with NOP instructions. If the probe code for a probe marked for removal includes a call to a probe stub, the probe collector process may replace the call with a NOP instruction. In response to receiving data indicating that the removed probe should be reactivated, the NOP instruction(s) may be replaced with the previously removed probe code. Probe code for probes that are not marked for removal or that are reactivated may be executed.

  • Patent number: 8392564
Abstract: An infrastructure including a cluster-global dispenser that evaluates resource consume requests against cluster-global resource management policies facilitates flexible and extensible monitoring and/or control of resource consumption for multiple and/or multi-component applications on a cluster of interconnected computers. Such an infrastructure facilitates application of comprehensive resource management to cluster computing, and compatibility with the level of abstraction offered by modern object-oriented languages. Such an infrastructure also maintains backwards-compatibility. Building on the foundation of a well-defined isolated component, the resulting resource management framework is capable of supporting a rich collection of resources and of defining policies. The notion of a cluster-global resource naturally captures the aggregation of node-local resource. This applies the familiar “single system image” attribute of cluster systems to the area of resource management.

  • Patent number: 7971206
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for message delivery from a sender process to a receiver process within a computer system, comprising performing an atomic check for the receiver process and a parent of the receiver process, returning a first status of the receiver process and a second status of the parent of the receiver process based on the atomic check, and delivering the message according to the first status and the second status, wherein the first status and the second status stay unchanged during the atomic check.

  • Patent number: 7849451
Abstract: A dynamic delegation chain of executor objects can, at runtime, adapt code units to be executed as isolated computations prior to their execution to comport with current state of an environment. A dynamic delegation chain performs the dynamic runtime adaptation of the code unit in accordance with isolated computations that host the executor objects of the delegation chain. Adapting a code unit prior to execution of the code unit allows adaptation of the code unit to a current state, as well as at least reducing concerns of program integrity.
