The first pivoting portion defines a first receiving hole, the second pivoting portion defines a second receiving hole. The first pivoting portion forms a protrusion protruding from an inner surface. The USB connector includes a positioning member, a rotating member and an elastic member. The positioning member is rotatably received in the first receiving hole, the rotating member is rotatably received in the second receiving hole. The positioning member forms a plurality of positioning gears at a circumferential surface of the positioning member.
