Abstract: A semiconductor package including one or more dam structures and the method of forming are provided. A semiconductor package may include an interposer, a semiconductor die bonded to a first side of the interposer, an encapsulant on the first side of the interposer encircling the semiconductor die, a substrate bonded to the a second side of the interposer, an underfill between the interposer and the substrate, and one or more of dam structures on the substrate. The one or more dam structures may be disposed adjacent respective corners of the interposer and may be in direct contact with the underfill. The coefficient of thermal expansion of the one or more of dam structures may be smaller than the coefficient of thermal expansion of the underfill.

A hole structure of the holder is connected to the sunken slot and formed between the first surface and the second surface, and an arc structure is disposed on the second surface to rotatably assemble with a rotary portion of the cover. A section of the transmission cable is connected to a first connector to be disposed inside the sunken slot, another section of cable is connected to a second connector to be embedded into the cover, and a middle section of the cable pierces through the hole structure to electrically connect the first connector with the second connector.

The RF receiving module communicates with the RF transmission module via electromagnetic induction to charge the portable electronic device.

Abstract: A display screen assembly includes a shell, a display screen, and a touch screen. The shell has two opposite side walls and forms an accommodating space. Each side wall has a protruding portion which slants up and out and which extends into the accommodating space. Each protruding portion has a supporting surface. The display screen is received in the accommodating space. The touch screen is convex and made to cover the protruding portions all the way to their respective outer edges. The touch screen is secured in the accommodating space and the upwardly-sloping and reflective surfaces of the protruding portions, covered by the touch screen, give the appearance of a display area which is equal in area to the touch screen.
