  • Publication number: 20140353119
Abstract: A paper board stacking mechanism includes a transfer platform, a front conveyor group, a rear conveyor group, an inclination device, an elevation platform, and a stop plate. The transfer platform receives and conveys cut paper boards rearward. The front conveyor group includes first and second belt conveyors. The first belt conveyor is connected to the transfer platform. The second belt conveyor is connected to the rear end of the first belt conveyor. The rear conveyor group includes third and fourth belt conveyors. The paper boards pass through the front conveyor group and the rear conveyor group to then form at least a paper board stack. The rear end of the fourth belt conveyor maintains a fixed height difference from a surface of the elevation platform on which no paper board stack is loaded or from a top end of a paper board stack positioned on the elevation platform.

  • Patent number: 8376014
Abstract: A corrugator includes a chassis, which is composed of two opposite and spaced primary wall panels; a rotary main shaft, which is rotatably mounted between the two primary wall panels of the chassis and has opposite ends respectively coupled to roller support seats; two corrugation roller sets, which are detachably mounted to the two roller support seats and each including two detachable secondary wall panels; and a hold-down roller, which is mounted to the chassis at a location close to one of the corrugation roller sets. With the multiple sets of corrugation rollers mounted in the corrugator, the corrugator allows a user to select and manufacture corrugator boards of different specifications.

  • Publication number: 20090169351
Abstract: An automatic stacking device includes a plurality of successive conveyors to convey properly cut corrugated paper board. By setting the conveyors at different operation speeds and different levels, paper boards can be deposited in stacked forms by predetermined numbers. Thus, the paper boards are deposited to form alternately offset stacks in a vertical pile of paper board. Mechanisms are incorporated to laterally shifted stacks of paper boards during the deposition of the paper boards to allow the paper boards to be piled up in the form of multiple and alternately shifted stacks to facilitate subsequent packaging and shipping.

  • Patent number: 7455093
Abstract: A device for manufacturing double-faced corrugated paperboards is provided, which exerts uniform pressure and enlarge the heated area during the adhesion of a single-faced corrugated paperboard and a liner into a double-faced corrugated paperboard. The device mainly contains a number of flexible, strip-shaped, pressurizing members arranged in parallel along the advancing direction of the paperboard, each of which is suspended by two ore more lifting members which can lower the pressurizing member down to the paperboard and lift the pressurizing member up from the paperboard.

  • Patent number: 7448424
Abstract: A bonding mechanism of corrugated paper making machine includes an endless loop-like band and an adjusting mechanism for adjusting position and configuration of the band with respect to a surface sheet of the corrugated paper pasted on a core sheet. The adjustment performed by the adjusting mechanism changes an area of surface contact between the band and the surface sheet of the corrugated paper and thus changing a pressurizing area between the surface sheet and the core sheet. The surface contact between the band and the surface sheet enhances bonding operation of the surface sheet to the core sheet and increases the time when a pressure is applied in the pressurizing area to bond the surface sheet and the core sheet together. The surface contact eliminates the potential damage to the surface sheet caused by application of concentrated force at a single contact point on the surface sheet and increases the manufacturing efficiency of the corrugated paper.

  • Publication number: 20080047669
Abstract: The dehumidifying device contains a dehumidifying space, a duct member within the dehumidifying space, and a number of second hot places beneath the duct member with appropriate gaps therebetween. When a paperboard passes through the dehumidifying space between the duct member and the second hot plates, air is introduced to the duct member and, because of the provision of the gaps, turbulence within the duct member is prevented and uniform air pressure is developed within the dehumidifying space, thereby pressing the paperboard against the second hot plates for continuous heating. In the mean time, the steam absorbed during previous stage of beating can be expelled along with the air flow.
