Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for generating one or more models. For example, a process can include obtaining a plurality of input images corresponding to faces of one or more people during a training interval. The process can include determining a value of the coefficient representing at least the portion of the facial expression for each of the plurality of input images during the training interval. The process can include determining, from the determined values of the coefficient representing at least the portion of the facial expression for each of the plurality of input images during the training interval, an extremum value of the coefficient representing at least the portion of the facial expression during the training interval. The process can include generating an updated bounding value for the coefficient representing at least the portion of the facial expression based on the initial bounding value and the extremum value.

Abstract: A high-throughput automated preprocessing method and a system are applied to a nucleic acid preprocessing apparatus including a control system, a sample transfer area, a nucleic acid extraction area, and a reagent setup area. The control system includes a user interface and guides a user to set up on the user interface. In the sample transfer area, the method includes steps of: a user selecting a sampling tube type, a test protocol and an extraction protocol on the user interface, and the control system performing a sample transfer task. In the nucleic acid extraction area, the method includes steps of: the control system performing a nucleic acid extraction task based on the selected extraction protocol. In the reagent setup area, the method includes steps of: the control system performing a reagent deployment task based on the selected test protocol, and the control system performing a nucleic acid transfer task.

Abstract: A water tap having a hot water intake hole and a cold water intake hole respectively connected to a water passage and controlled by a knob through two plungers, said water passage having a first water outlet at the top connected to a shower head and a second water outlet at the bottom attached with a water outlet pipe, a water flow direction control to alternatively guide flow of water to flow from said hot or cold water intake hole or from said hot and cold water intake holes through said first or second water outlet, and a shower switching control unit to stop flow of water from said shower head when said shower head is hung on a shower head holder or to let flow of water dishcarge through said shower head when said shower head is removed from said shower head holder.
