    Abstract: An assisted generating system and method for layout data conversions converts an output file generated by a circuit design program (such as ConceptHDL). In addition to rule setting, the method automatically adjusts fields with abnormal properties. It provides a user interface with hints for the user to edit the contents. The system finally outputs a converted file compatible with a circuit layout program (such as Allegro) to assist subsequent layout designs.

    Abstract: A method and a system for maintenance of engineering change data are provided. A form generation module generates an electronic form for maintenance of engineering change data according to access rights and search conditions input from a user via a terminal device. A verification module compares engineering data before and after being modified by the user to determine if engineering data, unexpected to be changed, are modified by the user; if yes, the verification module generates an alert message to confirm this modification with the user. A transfer module transfers the electronic form with the engineering change data to an associated responsible unit for verification and approval. A maintenance module updates and upgrades version of engineering data in a database and a backend data processing system once the engineering change data are verified and approved. By the above method and system, operational errors and invalid data modification are eliminated.

    Abstract: A method and a system for integration of engineering change data are provided. A form generation module searches engineering change data from a database according to search conditions entered by a user via a terminal device and generates accordingly generates an electronic form to which the user modifies the engineering change data. A modification module modifies data of an associated engineering change order with the modified engineering change data. Then, a searching module searches associated engineering change data file from the database according to the search conditions entered by the user. By the above data integration method and system, all related engineering data may be changed in response to modification of any particular engineering data by the user, and associated engineering data can also be searched during the process of searching particular engineering change data.

    Abstract: A method and a system for processing engineering change orders are provided. An electronic document generation module searches engineering change order data from a database according to search conditions entered by a user via a network terminal device and accordingly generates an engineering change order in the form of an electronic document file. An access authorization module finds associated responsible departments and access rights thereof from the database corresponding to the engineering change order. Then, an electronic document transfer module transfers the engineering change order to the responsible departments where data of the engineering change order are processed according to the access rights of the responsible departments and receives the processed data of the engineering change order from the responsible departments.
