  • Publication number: 20240084064
Abstract: A foamable resin composition comprising: (meth)acrylate oligomer, which accounts for 10-40 wt % of the foamable resin composition; (meth)acrylate monomer, which accounts for 35-80 wt % of the foamable resin composition; a photocuring initiator, which accounts for 1-5 wt % of the foamable resin composition; and a foaming agent, which accounts for 3-20 wt % of the foamable resin composition; wherein the foamable resin composition has a specific gravity of 0.10-1.05 g/cm3 after photocuring and thermal foam expansion for 15-20 minutes at 120° C. The aforementioned foamable resin composition can become a low specific gravity (0.10-1.05 g/cm3) material after photocuring and thermal foam expansion, then can expand the application in 3D printing, and manufacture of plastic products, such as shoe soles, coasters, floats, various types of protective gear and the like.

  • Publication number: 20140060346
Abstract: A crank press includes an encoder measuring an angle value of a servo motor, a strain detector module generating a converted load value associated with deformation of a machine body, a memory storing at least one relation between an angle value and each of an upper torsion limit and an upper load limit, and a controller calculating a torque command value based on a position command, reading the upper torsion limit corresponding to the measured angle value, determining whether the torque command value exceeds the upper torsion limit, outputting the torque command value when negative, and outputting the upper torsion limit when affirmative. The controller further stops the servo motor when the converted load value exceeds the upper load limit corresponding to the measured angle value.

  • Patent number: 6193545
Abstract: A cable connector 1 adapted to connect a flat cable 5 having plural parallel and alternately arranged signal conductors 51 and grounding conductors 52 retained in position with insulative material 50, includes an insulative pin carrier 20 defining a plurality of holes 211 therein each receiving a conductive pin 23. The holes 211 are arranged in two rows and the pins 23 are alternately received in the two rows. The two rows are separated by a partition along which a groove 25 is defined for receiving two conductive grounding plates 41, 42 therein. A cover 3 is attached to the pin carrier 20 and the flat cable 5 is interposed therebetween. Each of the pins 23 is provided with a bifurcated end 232 to complete insulation displacement of the corresponding signal conductor 51 of the flat cable 5 thereby establishing electrical connection therebetween.

  • Patent number: 6120319
Abstract: An IDC connector comprises a dielectric housing having mating and connecting faces and an array of passageways defined therebetween. A pair of retaining wedges is formed on opposite ends of the housing. An array of ground and signal terminals is alternately assembled within the array of passageways and each terminal includes an insulation displacement section extending beyond the mating face and a connecting portion received within the passageway. A flat cable having a plurality of ground and signal wires is electrically terminated to the insulation displacement sections of the terminals, respectively. A cover is assembled to the mating face of the housing for attaching the flat cable to the insulation displacement sections extending from the mating face. The cover forms a pair of latches on opposite ends thereof for engagement with the wedges. A grounding device having at least a pair insulation displacement sections electrically connects two conductive wires terminated to the ground terminals.
