  • Patent number: 11862275
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for testing a Device Under Test (DUT) in its working environment. A control computer is coupled to an air compressor and generates a temperature control signal that is provided to the air compressor to generate an amount of hot air or cold air to set the temperature of the DUT's working environment to a desired test temperature. The control computer also generates at least one test signal that is sent to a hardware test element for testing at least one memory component of the DUT at the desired test temperature and obtaining test results. The control computer analyzes the test results to determine a parameter adjustment for the at least one memory element so that it operates in a stable manner at the test temperature.

  • Publication number: 20220202290
Abstract: A medical sensor includes an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC), medical hardware, and a communication module. The ASIC is communicatively coupled to the medical hardware and communication module. The ASIC is configured to receive measurement signals from the medical hardware and provide the measurement signals to the communication module. The communication module is configured to process the measurement signal into measurement results and transmit the measurement results to a remove device. The communication module includes an application layer for processing the measurement signals and a link layer for transmitting the measurement results. The ASIC is configured to detect that a voltage supplied to the ASIC is below a threshold level and determine an amount of time that the voltage has been below the threshold level. The ASIC is further configured to respond to the voltage supplied to the ASIC being below a threshold level based on the determined amount of time.

  • Patent number: 10551431
Abstract: Described is an improved approach to implement EM analysis, where the analysis can be performed early stages of the design process. Tree-routing is implemented using a structural routing solution, where an automatic routing mechanism is performed to generate a complete routing tree. That routing tree is then used to perform topology-driven EM analysis at various stages of the design process.

  • Publication number: 20190181095
Abstract: A method is disclosed for manufacturing a discrete package for housing at least one integrated circuit die with electromagnetic interference shielding. The method may utilize a lead frame with a central die paddle and outwardly extending leads. The die paddle may have a top surface and an opposing bottom surface. The method may also have at least one integrated circuit die with a top surface and an opposing bottom surface. The integrated circuit die may be attached to the top surface of the die paddle. At least one conductive material bond may be established between the lead frame and the integrated circuit die. A dielectric material over mold may encapsulate the integrated circuit die and lead frame. A second dielectric material over mold may encapsulate the integrated circuit die and the lead frame. Further, a conductive coating may encapsulate the top and side surfaces of the package.

  • Patent number: 7848899
Abstract: Embodiments described herein relate to systems and methods for testing integrated circuit devices within an environment that is representative of the application environment in which an integrated circuit device will be used. In at least one embodiment, the testing system comprises a second reference integrated circuit device that provides flexibility in testing, allowing only the input to a first reference integrated circuit device of an application system to be tapped and not necessarily both input to and output from the first reference integrated circuit device to be tapped. In some embodiments, the input to the first reference integrated circuit device may be subsequently modified by a controller.

  • Publication number: 20090273922
Abstract: A street light that uses both a low-pressure sodium vapor bulb and a metal halide bulb is disclosed. The combination of these two light bulbs creates an efficient light source that is highly effective in bad weather conditions as well as able to provide good color differentiation. Further, the street light can be battery powered, where the batteries are recharged by solar cells, wind turbines, or both. A self-sufficient cost-effective street light is produced that uses renewable energy to provide light that has high penetration and wide color spectrum characteristics.

  • Publication number: 20040162615
Abstract: Autologous cultured keratinocytes are grown on a biosynthetic and biocompatible substratum following pre-seeding with autologous or allogenic dermal fibroblasts. The resultant composite material may then be applied on the neodermis of artificial skin which had been previously engrafted on the patient. The composite material, and specifically Composite Biocompatible Skin Graft (CBSG) material comprises autologous keratinocytes and allogenic or autologous dermal fibroblasts grown on Laserskin. A method for cultivating the CBSG includes the application of dermal fibroblasts onto the substratum as a feeder layer and then the inoculation of autologous keratinocytes on the resultant structure. A method for engraftment comprises first applying an artificial skin with a protective silicone membrane on a wound area, thereby allowing vascularization; and following vascularization, removing the silicone membrane and engrafting the CBSG material onto the vascularized artificial skin.
