The casing is rotatable between a first position where the back plate of the casing is rested on the front face of the mounting plate and a second position where the back plate is removed from the front face of the mounting plate to expose the window of the mounting plate. The front plate is provided with an indicator to indicate an operation condition of the multi-media player and a plurality of control switches to control an operation of the multi-media player.
