    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for evaluating damage caused by secondary stress to a vacuum vessel, a terminal device, and a medium, to perform following steps: obtaining secondary stress of a vacuum vessel that passes a primary-stress failure evaluation; obtaining structural damage parameters of the vacuum vessel when determining, based on evaluation parameters for the primary-stress failure evaluation of the vacuum vessel and the obtained secondary stress, that the vacuum vessel meets a precondition for a progressive deformation; and determining, based on the obtained structural damage parameters, whether the vacuum vessel meeting the precondition for the progressive deformation experiences structural damage due to the progressive deformation. In this way, a vacuum vessel of a nuclear fusion reactor can be evaluated based on damage caused by the secondary stress.

    Abstract: Mechanisms are provided for compartmental epidemiological computer modeling based on mobility data. Machine learning training of an isolation rate prediction computer model is performed to generate a trained isolation rate prediction model that predicts an isolation rate of a biological population. Isolation data is received which comprises data indicating a measure of mobility of the biological population. The trained isolation rate prediction model is executed on input features extracted from the isolation data to generate a predicted isolation rate. A compartmental epidemiological computer model, comprising a plurality of compartments representing states of a population with regard to an infectious disease, is executed to simulate a progression of the infectious disease and flows of portions of the population from between compartments in the compartmental epidemiological computer model are controlled based on the predicted isolation rate.

The method comprises applying a step erase voltage to one memory cell string for an erase operation, the step erase voltage having a step-rising shaped voltage waveform. The method further comprises, during a period when the step erase voltage rises from an intermediate level to a peak level, raising a voltage of the select gate transistor from a starting level to a peak level, and raising a voltage of a predetermined region from a starting level to a peak level, such that a gate-induced drain leakage current is generated in the one memory cell string. The predetermined region is adjacent to the at least one select gate transistor and includes at least one memory cell.
