    Abstract: A volumetric feeder may comprise a driving unit, a storage tank, a sealing unit, a switch unit and a feeding unit. An interior space of the storage tank is horizontally divided into a feeding space and a preparing space which have the same volume such that the feeding material, including viscous or cement-like materials, in the preparing space is configured to be transported into the feeding space with the same volume at a time to achieve volumetric feeding effect. Also, the feeding material in the feeding space is moved by a piston in a pushing manner thus preventing the feeding material from damage or heating during feeding process.

    Abstract: A transmission structure, which is connected to a motor of a filling machine so as to drive a transmission operation of the filling machine, includes a transmitting wheel, a swing set, a clamper, a lift set, a supporting plate and a transmitting set. Under this arrangement, the swing set, the lift set and the transmitting set cooperate with each other via only the transmitting wheel, rather than cooperate with each other via a plurality of members corresponding to different sets as the prior art. Therefore, the structure of the present invention is simpler than that of the prior art; a weight or a volume of the present invention is littler than that of the prior art. In addition, the present invention is easier to maintain than the prior art, because the structure of the present invention is simpler than that of the prior art.

    Abstract: A feeding and cutting structure of stuffing machine includes a hopper assembly and a transmission device. The hopper assembly includes a base having a top to which a plurality of inclined feeding tubes is mounted and a plurality of funnel-like feeding hoppers. The transmission device includes a first cutting/feeding module, a second cutting/feeding module, and a motor assembly. The motor assembly is mounted on the feeding hopper. The first cutting/feeding module includes a hollow tubular shaft coupled to the motor assembly and at least one first blade mounted to the tubular shaft. The second cutting/feeding module includes a spindle composed of upper and lower segments, a rotor coupled between the upper and lower segment, and a plurality of second blades mounted to the spindle. The spindle is received in and in operative coupling with the tubular shaft. The cutting/feeding modules are rotatably received in the hopper assembly.
