Patent number: 8342202Abstract: A pipe coupling member for high-pressure fluid such as liquefied hydrogen includes a seal ring having a highly effective sealing function to prevent leakage of the fluid. The seal ring (72) is set in a seal ring setting space (39) defined by a second radial surface (36) and a seal ring setting surface (38) of a first tubular member (20), a forward end surface of a second tubular member (22), and the outer peripheral surface of a valve seat member (24). A forward end portion of the second tubular member (22) is provided with a communication hole (84) radially penetrating the forward end portion. The pressure of the high-pressure fluid on the downstream side of a valve seat surface (52) causes a fluid path in the second tubular member to be communicated with the sealing ring setting space (39) via the communication hole (84) and via a gap between the seal ring setting surface (38) and the outer peripheral surface of the forward end portion of the second tubular member.Type: GrantFiled: March 19, 2008Date of Patent: January 1, 2013Assignees: Nitto Kohki Co., Ltd., Toyota Jidosha Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Takuya Nishio, Kunihiko Goto, Kazunori Aoki, Osamu Yamamoto, Kazuyoshi Tashiro, Goro Suzuki, Shinichi Nomura, Kosei Yoshida

Patent number: 7015841Abstract: In a sampling and holding, a control logic circuit connects another end of each capacitor of a DA converter to a ground potential, and outputs a sampled input analog signal from a switched amplifier to one end of a hold capacitor to hold. In a successive approximation, it controls a switched amplifier to set an output terminal thereof to a high-impedance state and the hold capacitor to connect the one end thereof to the ground potential. Then, it switches over connection of another end of each capacitor from the ground potential to a power supply voltage based on a digital value held by a successive approximation register to output an output voltage from another end of the hold capacitor to a comparator, and compares the output voltage from another end thereof with an intermediate reference voltage to obtain a digital value from the successive approximation register.Type: GrantFiled: January 6, 2005Date of Patent: March 21, 2006Assignee: Semiconductor Technology Academic Research CenterInventors: Takeshi Yoshida, Atsushi Iwata, Mamoru Sasaki, Miho Akagi, Kunihiko Goto

Patent number: 6232758Abstract: A load drive control apparatus includes a drive control circuit for driving and controlling a load in response to a given drive condition. A power supply circuit operates for feeding drive electric power to the drive control circuit. The feed of the drive electric power to the drive control circuit by the power supply circuit is controlled in response to a control signal for drive and control of the load to implement a change between a normal mode of operation and a stand-by mode of operation in which consumed electric power is reduced.Type: GrantFiled: August 3, 1999Date of Patent: May 15, 2001Assignee: Denso CorporationInventors: Shinichi Konda, Kunihiko Goto, Satoru Asai

Patent number: 5379918Abstract: A coupling including a plug attached to a sealed container and having an opening, and a socket having a cutter section for breaking a thin film for sealing the opening when the plug is connected to the socket. The plug has an engagement groove formed in an outer periphery of a plug cylinder, and the socket includes a socket outer cylinder having a lock engageable with the engaging groove, and a socket inner cylinder which is engaged with a smaller-diameter portion of the outer cylinder and is axially movable within the socket outer cylinder. Stoppers are provided within an annular space defined between the socket inner cylinder and the socket outer cylinder. The stopper restricts forward movement of the socket inner cylinder in the state in which the socket is separated from the plug, and the stopper fixes the lock in the state in which the socket is connected to the plug.Type: GrantFiled: June 17, 1993Date of Patent: January 10, 1995Assignee: Nitto Kohki Co., Ltd.Inventor: Kunihiko Goto

Patent number: 4431973Abstract: An operational amplifier comprising a differential circuit, an output amplifier having an input terminal connected to the output terminal of the differential circuit, a phase compensating circuit, including an inverting amplifier having an input terminal connected to the output terminal of the differential circuit, and a phase compensating capacitor connected between the output terminal of the inverting amplifier and the output terminal of the differential circuit. The signal delay time of the inverting amplifier is shorter than that of the output amplifier.Type: GrantFiled: July 1, 1981Date of Patent: February 14, 1984Assignee: Fujitsu LimitedInventors: Kunihiko Goto, Kazuhiro Kobayashi, Akihiko Ito, Hisami Tanaka, Tadahiro Saito

Patent number: 4393318Abstract: A sample and hold circuit for holding a sampled voltage, having a first MOS transistor for sampling the input voltage and a holding capacitor for holding the sampled voltage, and further comprising a second MOS transistor. The source and the drain of the second transistor are both connected to the output terminal of the circuit. The gate-source capacitance of the first MOS transistor is the sum of the gate-source and gate-drain capacitances of the second MOS transistor. When a voltage for turning on or off the first MOS transistor is applied to the gate of the first MOS transistor, the second MOS transistor is turned off or on respectively. The effect of this invention is that the sampled voltage can be held constant while turning off the first MOS transistor.Type: GrantFiled: May 30, 1980Date of Patent: July 12, 1983Assignee: Fujitsu LimitedInventors: Masayuki Takahashi, Kunihiko Goto, Hisami Tanaka, Michinobu Ohhata
