Patent number: 7514956Abstract: A first and a second charging circuit each having a diode and a capacitor are connected to a buffer. In the first charging circuit, an overshoot based on a reflected signal generated by an output signal is stored as an electric charge to the capacitor, and in the second charging circuit, an undershoot based on a reflected signal generated by an input signal is charged as an electric charge to the capacitor, whereby the energy of the overshoot and the like is recovered. These charges are collected in the charging circuit, stored in the capacitor, converted into a power supply voltage of an internal power supply by a stabilization circuit, and are supplied as an internal power supply. The reflected energy of the signal generated during signal transmission at the time of data transfer between semiconductor devices is stored, and the stored energy is used in driving the signals.Type: GrantFiled: January 30, 2007Date of Patent: April 7, 2009Assignee: NEC System Technologies, Ltd.Inventors: Yasushi Nobutaka, Hiroshi Kamiya, Kunio Ohno

Patent number: 6330848Abstract: In the operation of cutting a metallic work material, if the rotation of an electric motor 21 is reduced by a reduction gear mechanism including a gear mechanism and transmitted to a main shaft 23 and the metallic work material is cut by a circular saw 28 attached to one end of the main shaft, the moment of inertia I (kgf·m·sec2) of the main shaft is set to be more than F×(D/2)/[1000×250×(N/60)2] while an outside diameter of said circular saw is D (mm), the number of revolution is N (rpm) and a cutting force per tooth as a component of force in tangential direction is F (kgf). By so setting, at the initial cut positions of the work material and in a region in which the number of cutting related teeth Zi is 1.0 or less at the final cut positions, the moment of inertia is high compared with a cutting torque applied to the main shaft by intermittent cutting resistance, so that the rotational variation of the main shaft is very small.Type: GrantFiled: January 28, 2000Date of Patent: December 18, 2001Assignee: Kanefusa Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Satoru Nishio, Kunio Ohno

Patent number: 5533529Abstract: Hair on the head is increased by tying artificial or false hairs to natural hairs by use of a guide rod including a slide pin with a retractable catch member in such a manner that a false hair is first wound around the guide rod to form a preliminary knot around the guide rod. The preliminary knot is transferred to the natural hair while holding the natural hair with the catch member and further is moved to a prescribed position of the natural hair. The preliminary knot then is tightened. Thus, the false hairs can be steadily fastened to the natural hairs to effectively increase the hair on the head.Type: GrantFiled: December 16, 1994Date of Patent: July 9, 1996Inventor: Kunio Ohno

Patent number: 4840176Abstract: A treating instrument for use with an endoscope, which has a flexible sheath and an opening at the distal end portion of the sheath. A treating element having directionality is accommodated slidably in the sheath. This treating element is capable of extending through the opening of the sheath to reach the part to be treated from specific directions. An elongated member is connected at one end portion to the proximal end portion of the treating element and inserted slidably in the sheath. Operating member for moving forward and backward and rotating the treating element is attached to the other end portion of the elongated member and is arranged at the rear of the proximal end portion of the sheath. This treating instrument is provided with stopping member for limiting the rotating angle of the treating element when the treating element is rotated by means of the operating member.Type: GrantFiled: November 3, 1987Date of Patent: June 20, 1989Assignee: Olympus Optical Co., Ltd.Inventor: Kunio Ohno

Patent number: 4756303Abstract: In an insertion section of an endoscope according to the present invention, a plurality of flexible segment tubes, each having a predetermined length and a predetermined inside diameter, constitute necessary ducts for the endoscope, individually. The ducts include an image guide duct, light guide duct, instrument channel duct, and air/water channel duct. The flexible segment tubes are fixed in a housing tube. In manufacturing the insertion section, optical fibers and the like are inserted into the flexible tubes, fixed in the housing tube. Once the housing tube is molded, the respective sectional configurations of the flexible tubes are kept uniform, even though the housing tube may contract. Thus, the optical fibers and other elements can be inserted easily into the ducts.Type: GrantFiled: September 26, 1986Date of Patent: July 12, 1988Assignee: Olympus Optical Co., Ltd.Inventors: Masahiro Kawashima, Koji Kambara, Tsuruo Hatori, Nobuaki Akui, Nobuhiko Washizuka, Kunio Ohno, Yoshio Tashiro

Patent number: 4025436Abstract: A liquid treatment apparatus which can perform dialysis at a very high efficiency and which is suitable for dialysis of human blood is provided. The apparatus comprises a bundle of a vast plurality of semi-permeable hollow fibers substantially equal in length, which is gathered and bonded only at both end portions thereof. An inside liquid is permitted to flow the interior of the individual hollow fibers. This bundle of hollow fibers is loosely suspended in a vessel having a substantially U-shaped passage for an outside liquid, and the two gathered and bonded portions of the fiber bundle are connected to the vessel at two spaced-apart openings formed on the top face of the vessel. A dialyzate flowing outside the hollow fibers is introduced from an introduction opening formed in the bottom face of the vessel.Type: GrantFiled: September 5, 1975Date of Patent: May 24, 1977Assignee: Asahi Kasei Kogyo Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Nobuaki Tsuda, Kenji Inagaki, Tamotu Imamiya, Kunio Ohno, Yoshiyuki Mizoguchi
