  • Publication number: 20060253299
Abstract: In a hospital information system of the present invention, it is possible to link between certificated indication contents and implementation result on a flow sheet (a sheet displaying timevarying vital signs, Intake/Output, observations, and measures) by linking doctor's indications between an indication sheet and a flow sheet, which is mainly used by nurses. It is possible to input the time-varying used amount on the flow sheet after nurses receive the indication, as well as the indication by the doctor. It is also possible to transmit the medical amount billed on the basis of administration amounts to other system automatically, by calculating the unit price or the medical amount billed on the basis of the used amount.

  • Publication number: 20050010447
Abstract: A health care worker is able to manually input data by zooming a graphical representation of vital data, moving a cursor at a predetermined position using a mouse or the like, and clicking the mouse. If it is confirmed that the value can be correct, then a setting button is clicked. Alternatively, it may be canceled. For the cancellation, a click button is clicked. By the way, it can be also observed as an output on a monitor (Steps from S11 to S16). In this case, the fact of being confirmed is displayed over the screen on which the monitor output of the vital data is displayed.

  • Patent number: 4750063
Abstract: The present invention provides a floppy disk drive which can removably receive a cartridge containing a floppy disk and which can travel a READ/WRITE head to the desired track on the floppy disk while rotating the floppy disk at a constant speed for effecting the desired read/write action under an electric-magnetic conversion. The drive is of a top-up type which includes a frame portion and a carrier which can be popped up from the frame portion. The frame portion includes a spindle motor for directly driving the floppy disk, a plurality of positioning pins for positioning the disk cartridge relative to the spindle motor, and a carriage carrying the READ/WRITE head for travelling the head to the desired track on the disk. The carrier is pivotably supported by the frame portion and adapted to receive the disk cartridge. The cartridge can be loaded into the lower portion of the carrier upon popping-up of the carrier.

  • Patent number: 4698710
Abstract: A head travelling mechanism for a floppy disk drive including a stepping motor which is provided with a pair of stator coils arranged in both end sides of its casing. These two stator coils are not only supplied exciting electric current with predetermined combined phases to drive the feeding belt but also the direction of these two stator coils is in parallel with the travelling direction of the magnetic heads, and combination of exciting phases in the stator coils enables the inclination of the motor shaft of the stepping motor to be absorbed as a sideways motion of the feeding belt so that the travelling error of the magnetic heads can be reduced to the minimum.

  • Patent number: 4255804
Abstract: An electronic watch adapting a matrix drive display system. An electronic watch comprises a single voltage level power source serving as the energy source for a circuit of the watch, a matrix drive type liquid crystal display device providing digital indications of times by means of line and column electrodes, a crystal oscillator producing a time reference signal, a frequency divider circuit dividing said time reference signal into time unit signals, a time keeping counter counting the time unit signals to provide a time keeping signal, matrix drive circuit means converting said time keeping signal into drive signals for said line and column electrodes and pitch measurement signal transmission means act on the matrix drive circuit means to momentarily supply at least some of the wave forms of outputs of the time line and column electrode drive signals.
