    Abstract: This invention is a manufacturing device for a permanent magnet disposed in a rotating electrical machine, in which a plurality of magnet pieces, each formed by being fractured and split along a notch groove, are aligned and joined to each other with an adhesive interposed between fractured surfaces. First pressing means for aligning the plurality of fractured and split magnet pieces with the fractured surfaces opposed to each other in a thickness direction by pressing from the thickness direction of the permanent magnet, second pressing means for aligning the plurality of magnet pieces in a width direction by pressing from a width direction of the permanent magnet are provided. Moreover, third pressing means for joining the opposing fractured surfaces of the magnet piece with the interposed adhesive by pressing the plurality of magnet pieces from a longitudinal direction of the permanent magnet.

    Abstract: A stator is provided with a tooth, an insulator attached to the tooth, and a coil wound around the insulator. The insulator is provided with a winding barrel around which the coil is wound in a plurality of layers, a flange projecting in a radial direction from one end of the winding barrel, and a notch formed in the flange and through which the line material of the coil is inserted. Projecting lengths of the flange from the winding barrel on the both sides of the notch are set different from each other. When the line material of the coil is guided from the outside of the flange to the winding barrel through the notch for winding the coil on the winding barrel, by supporting and bending the line material at a portion having a longer projecting length of the flange, the line material passes the notch easily.

    Abstract: A wire twist-preventing device in a winding machine of the invention comprises a flyer for forming a coil by winding a plurality of wires, which are arranged parallel with one another in a tape shape, around a winding frame having a plurality of winding stages which gradually increase upward in winding diameter, when the winding frame is lowered stage by stage, a dummy flyer which is rotated together with the flyer; and a dummy drum rotatably provided coaxially with the winding frame and having a circumferential length which is substantially equal to an average circumferential length of the winding frame, wherein the wires are wound around the winding frame by the flyer while they are wound around the dummy drum by the dummy flyer.
