    Abstract: A method of initializing a non-volatile memory system is disclosed. System data are written to a non-volatile memory based on a formula rule at a factory, and a number of copies of the system data are written to the non-volatile memory. The system data are searched in the non-volatile memory according to the formula rule and a selected data access mode. At least one operating parameter of the selected data access mode is reconfigured, followed by checking if the searched system data are successfully read. The system data are utilized to set the at least one operating parameter of the non-volatile memory system when the searched system data are successfully read from the non-volatile memory.

    Abstract: A method of displaying a shot image on a car reverse video system is described, which is applicable for adjusting an image displaying angle of the car reverse video system with a fixed lens according to a distance from an obstacle. Firstly, a scene image behind the car is shot through using the lens. Then, a distance detector is activated to detect a distance from the obstacle behind the car. If the distance from the obstacle is smaller than a preset distance, a scaling ratio is set according to a ratio of the preset distance to the distance from the obstacle. Finally, according to the scaling ratio and a distance between each pixel in the scene image and a reference point, all pixel pitches are adjusted, such that the scene image is deformed, and thus achieving an effect of switching a viewing angle of the scene image.

The first and second sections are integrally formed to prevent radiant energy from passing there between and comprise materials that cause the support to act as a black body, yielding more uniform heating of the wafer. A recess formed in the horizontal section receives the outer edge of the wafer and prevents radiant heat from passing between the wafer and the support in those cases where the wafer is warped.

    Abstract: A method for dry cleaning a wafer container such as a SMIF pod that is equipped with a bottom mounting plate covered with contaminating particles. In the method, the wafer containers are mounted in openings of the enclosure such that the bottom mounting plates with the contaminating particles are exposed to an air-tight cavity of the enclosure. A purge gas flow is then directed to the bottom of the plate to dislodge the contaminating particles which are then picked up by a vacuum conduit positioned juxtaposed to the purge gas conduit and connected to a factory vacuum source such that contaminating particles dislodged are immediately removed. The present invention novel method can be carried out without using wet bench cleaning while achieving desirable and efficient cleaning results.
