The magnesium alloy member includes a magnesium alloy base, and at least one resin coating layer formed in at least one portion of the magnesium alloy base. The magnesium alloy member defines a through hole penetrating through the magnesium alloy base and the at least one resin coating layer. The metallic bolt extends through the through holes of the magnesium alloy base and the metallic sheet. An inner width of the through hole of the magnesium alloy member is greater than a width of the metallic bolt, a material of the metallic bolt is different from a material of the magnesium alloy base or a material of the metallic sheet.
