  • Publication number: 20050133165
Abstract: A chemical vapor deposition apparatus for titanium-nitride application that is useful for preventing contaminants caused by arching between a substantially planar substrate and a substrate supporting apparatus during the deposition cycle. The apparatus includes a chemical vapor deposition chamber having a substrate-supporting heater. An annular housing supported by the heater, and a conductive strap that connectively secures the substrate-supporting heater to the annular housing by using holes instead of conventional slots. The conductive strap is designed as a flexure to flex with process temperature changes to improve electrical connectivity at its terminal connection and to prevent degradation. The annular housing has a top and a bottom surface and a cylindrical wall extending peripherally below the surfaces. The cylindrical wall encircles an isolator ring.

  • Publication number: 20040218153
Abstract: A method and apparatus of assembling an optical engine is disclosed. The method includes the steps of locating an optical engine onto a carrier; placing the optical engine and the carrier into a casing; providing a position adjusting device that is located out of the casing device to connect to the carrier; adjusting the position of the optical engine by the adjusting device; fixing the carrier in place via an adhesive; removing the position adjusting device from the casing. Thereby, the assembling of the optical engine is achieved. Since the position adjustment of the optical engine is achieved by the position adjusting device that is located outside the module, each module is not necessarily provided with one position adjusting device. Therefore, the position adjustment is efficiently and economically performed without any space limit.

  • Publication number: 20040218107
Abstract: A rear projection display device includes an image generator, a reflector, a screen and a light shield disposed between the reflector and the screen. The image engine emits image beams among which ineffective ones are blocked by the light shield while effective ones are reflected on the screen via the reflector, thereby increasing the image forming performance of the displace device. The light shield is mounted on an adjusting device having an adjusting element. After the rear projection display device has been assembled, an angle and position of the light shield can be adjusted by means of rotating the adjusting element to further help the light shield to block the ineffective beams.

  • Publication number: 20030137755
Abstract: The present invention is a fixture for reflection mirror. Wherein a plurality of adhering sections are set on surrounding edges inside a rear frame of a rear projection television. Depending on dimensions and weights of different reflection mirrors, an area of the adhering section can be adjusted. Then to coat glue on adhering sections, and the back surrounding edges of the reflection mirror is stuck on the adhering sections, therefore the reflection mirror is fixed on the rear frame. Due to the adhering sections being on the back of the reflection mirror, the reflection mirror is used as a reflection surface of reflecting a light beam back to a screen without blocking of the adhering sections and interference of the rear frame so as to effectively use the reflection surface.
