  • Patent number: 8662475
Abstract: A ball valve gasket structure includes a housing base having an accommodating area and a position limit area; a leakproof washer installed in the position limit area; a ring-shaped slide unit having a ring-shaped steel plate and a ring-shaped graphite plate installed in the accommodating area, and both top and bottom sides are ring-shaped steel plates of the slide unit, and the ring-shaped steel plate at the bottom side abuts the bottom of the accommodating area, and the other ring-shaped slide unit has an arc surface portion disposed at the internal periphery; and a cover coupled to the housing base for sealing the slide unit. The ball valve gasket structure can be used together with a ball valve to achieve the slide assisting effect, improving service life, and facilitating installation and disassembly.

  • Publication number: 20090304537
Abstract: A pneumatic chemical pump includes a pump body having a base and a cover, and a bellows-type container. The base defines an inner receiving space, and is provided with two opposite one-way valves communicating with the receiving space. The bellows-type container is located in the receiving space in the pump body with a lower open end communicating with the two one-way valves. Multiple internal and external annular channels are alternately formed on a peripheral wall of the bellows-type container. Each of the internal annular channels has a lower surface radially inward and downward inclined toward to the lower open end. When the bellows-type container works to pump out a working fluid therein, the working fluid follows the inclined lower surfaces of the internal annular channels to completely flow out of the container without the risk of forming crystals to adversely affect the usable life of the bellows-type container.
