  • Publication number: 20230098449
Abstract: The invention relates to methods and procedures in the fabrication and placement of a Form in Place Permanent Dry Dock System (PDDS), that is created without moving or disturbing the target ship during fabrication or placement. The PDDS provides an “in the water illusion” of the ship on permanent display while having the ship totally out of the water resting on a conformal concrete pedestal. To provide the illusion a two-layer concrete base is created using underwater setting concrete and high strength non-ferrous reinforcing bars “rebar”. The first concrete layer is the base pedestal the second layer is flexible concrete that acts as a conformal and form fitting cushion that insures even distribution of the ships weight and provides earthquake resilience.

  • Patent number: 11402807
Abstract: A control apparatus providing a Dynamic Artificial Intelligence system, which employs data sets and software functions representing a plurality interactive software engine's, including Inference, Neural Net, State, and Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) Engines. These engines are implemented as a set of scheduled realtime monitors and callable functions with associated processes preformed within a system. Monitors dynamically estimates and determine the optimal control policy for the system and its sub-systems. Monitors utilize an iterative process of sub-steps “function calls’, until a convergence states exist. Functions and subfunctions dynamically estimate the desired value for operation at a respective state of the environment over a series of predicted environmental states; using a complex return of data sets to determine bounds to improve the estimated currently desired value; and producing updated estimates of optimal control policies.

  • Publication number: 20210076941
Abstract: An apparatus for the real time evaluation of in vivo tissue ablation is provided. The apparatus comprises a Near Infrared illumination source that delivers light to one side of a windowed flow-thru cuvette and exit to a Fourier-Transform Infrared [FTIR] spectrometer opposite the light source. The light traversal is via fiberoptic cables. While surgical smoke traverses the cuvette, the smoke is subjected to continuous FTIR sampling and those samples are compared in real time to a database of known cancer, necrotic or diseased tissue spectrums, utilizing Artificial Intelligence [AI] software. The apparatus in real-time indicates to the surgeon weather the ablation smoke contains cancerous or normal tissue via LED's, sounds, or tactile indicators.

  • Publication number: 20070038175
Abstract: A Needleless injector patch for the intra-muscular, subcutaneous, or intra-dermal delivery of a fluid medicament to a patient includes a plurality of cylindrical members “Micro-Injectors” which have a closed end and an sealed orifice end, the Micro-Injectors contain a pyrotechnic gas generating charge, a diaphragm or a piston assembly and a quantity of medication. An onboard microprocessor programmatically selects the time to initiate a Micro-Injector unit by applying current to the pyrotechnic charge generating a volume of gas which pushes a diaphragm or piston pressurizing the medication to the point that a rupture element bursts allowing the medication to be expelled as a fine stream at high pressure that pierces the epidermis to a controlled depth delivering the medication as an injection.

  • Publication number: 20040240198
Abstract: A intelligent sports and safety helmet designed for bicyclists, skateboarders, snowboarders, skiers, other sports enthusiast as well as industrial, military and security services that utilizes a helmets or head protection while performing an activity or duty. The helmet consists of a sports or safety helmet with a Microprocessor, a set of sensors and a software program residing within the microprocessor. In operation electronic sensors automatically detect if the user is wearing helmet and if environmental conditions warrant self-illumination. The microprocessor manages the state of the illuminating elements.
