  • Patent number: 11523087
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for establishing a video connection between a client device and a notary support terminal while enabling the client device and notary support terminal to notarize a digital document. In particular, the client device can display multiple panes simultaneously, the multiple panes including a first pane that displays the video chat and a second pane that displays at least one notarization interface for notarizing the digital document. While the client device displays the multiple panes and during the video chat, the disclosed systems can notarize the digital document by authenticating the user of the client device, collecting signatures from the user of the client device and the notary associated with the notary support terminal, and applying an electronic notary seal to the digital document.

  • Patent number: 11218665
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for establishing a video connection between a client device and a support terminal while enabling the support terminal to concurrently push display element triggers to the client device through a separate connection. In particular, a display element trigger can cause the client device to display, within a dual pane display of the client device, a display element within one pane and a video chat in another pane. The display element can include a check deposit element that enables a user of the client device to capture one or more images of a check and then transmit the image(s) for deposit by the support terminal during a video chat. The support terminal can analyze the image(s) of the check to identify check deposit data and then deposit the check accordingly while a support representative communicates with the user of the client device via the video chat.
