Abstract: A storage device comprising one or more grid-like basic components and at least one additional component releasably fixed thereto, the basic component being a grating having openings arranged in a single row or in a plurality of rows, the openings being defined by webs extending substantially perpendicular to the plane of the grating, the grating being provided with a frame or partial frame the rear side of which has spacing formations extending rearwardly beyond the plane of the grating, each said additional component having one or more anchoring elements which snugly engage in one or more of the said openings of the grating whereby to retain the said additional component in a mounted position on the grating.

Abstract: A crockery and glassware stand (a dish and glassrack) for supporting plates and glassware after washing-up, comprises two generally rectangular identical frame parts hinged together about a longitudinal extending hinge or pivot axis so that they can be closed together or opened to form an X-shaped structure. Each frame portion above the hinge or pivot axis has parallel ribs extending vertically to the hinge axis and defining insertion slots for plates or the like, said insertion slots of the two frame parts being substantially in alignment. Each lower frame portion has end formations which are interconnected by a member having primary drainage openings and a supporting base at the lower margin disposed substantially perpendicularly to the interconnecting member and having undulations providing upwardly open recesses forming compartments for glassware.

Abstract: An adapter for releasably coupling two tubular elements comprises a socket, a sleeve nut threadedly engaging the socket and an elastically deformable sleeve inserted in the sleeve nut. The socket consists of a smaller diameter and a larger diameter part, and the sleeve nut has an inner thread in threaded engagement with an outer thread on the larger diameter socket part. The axial length of the sleeve nut exceeds that of the larger diameter socket part, the inner thread is arranged at one sleeve nut end and an inwardly extending flange is at the opposite sleeve nut end. The sleeve is inserted in the sleeve nut between axially spaced shoulders formed by the flange and the larger diameter socket part. The outer diameter of the sleeve is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the sleeve nut, the periphery of the sleeve defines a circumferentially extending trough-shaped recess, and the sleeve has a cylindrical inner wall.

Abstract: A mounting for a mirror comprises a handle having one end attached to the mirror frame and a holder bracket consisting of two essentially plate-like arms enclosing an angle with each other. A first bracket arm has a free end defining an outwardly open recess receiving a peripheral groove in the one handle end, and a second bracket arm defines a substantially flat support surface whereby the mirror may be used as a hand mirror, a wall mirror or a standing mirror.
