  • Patent number: 11915321
Abstract: Systems and methods provide for an automated system for analyzing damage and processing claims associated with an insured item, such as a vehicle. An enhanced claims processing server may analyze damage associated with the insured item using photos/video transmitted to the server from a user device (e.g., a mobile device). The mobile device may receive feedback from the server regarding the acceptability of submitted photos/video, and if the server determines that any of the submitted photos/video is unacceptable, the mobile device may capture audio descriptions regarding the insured item. To aid in damage analysis, the server may also interface with various internal and external databases storing reference images of undamaged items and cost estimate information for repairing previously analyzed damages to similar items.

  • Patent number: 4228825
Abstract: A transmission line carrier for the arrangement between a moveable consumer and a stationary connection comprising a row of tubular members which can be angled with respect to one another and engage in one another, including an alternating arrangement of wide tubular members with inwardly directly abutments and narrow tubular members with outwardly directed abutments. Each wide tubular member is shorter in the vicinity of a cross-section half thereof approximately by the width of a channel, which channel is arranged between the abutments of each narrow tubular member.

  • Patent number: 4039021
Abstract: A protective cover system for use in connection with guiding paths of machine tools including a plurality of overlapping cover plates telescopically moved into and out of each other while each cover plate at its front end face rests on the guiding path and at the rear end rests on the next segmental cover plate. Between the individual cover plates there are arranged energy storing means the return force of which is zero in the intermediate position of said energy storing means whereas the return force of said energy storing means is at its maximum in the fully pulled-out or pushed-in position of said cover plates. Each energy storing means includes a cylinder with an inserted elastic body and a piston. Between the cylinders and the piston at least one cam segment is provided. Relative movement between the cylinder and the pertaining cam segment is brought about by fork-shaped rods linked with the arms of said fork-shaped rods to the front end faces of the cover plates.

  • Patent number: 3994373
Abstract: A chain arrangement for guiding energy conveying conduits and the like from a fixed point to a horizontally movable consumer in which the movement of the consumer is substantial. The chain consists of links which are pivotally interconnected and which have webs which support the conduits. The chain links abut on one side of the pivots therebetween when the chain is horizontal and on the other side when the chain is flexed. The chain leads horizontally from the fixed point and around a semicircular portion and horizontally back to the consumer which is beneath the fixed point. The arrangement includes support members detachably engageable beneath the straight portion of the chain leading from the fixed point so that the length of the straight reach of the chain extending from the fixed point is never so great that it will sag.

  • Patent number: RE33339
Abstract: A chain for supporting energy conveying means, especially power lines and hoses, and a chain link therefor, according to which the chain links are of H-shape having two oppositely located laterally elastically yieldable arms interconnected by a transverse wall while two oppositely located arm sections of each link are provided with holes and the other two oppositely located arm sections of the same link are provided with studs having a diameter corresponding to a slide fit in said holes, the arrangement being such that the studs of one chain link pivotally engage the holes of the next following chain link.
