Abstract: A method for conducting a lottery transparently and fairly while using a blockchain at a low cost by performing fewer transactions is provided. The method includes: obtaining lottery participation requests; generating a lottery pool; generating representative lottery pool information, and then transmitting the representative lottery pool information to a blockchain network; registering the transmitted representative lottery pool information or processed information thereof in the blockchain network; requesting a lottery smart contractor to generate a winning reference number and to register the winning reference number in the blockchain network; and determining a selected lottery participation request as a winner based on the winning reference number.

Abstract: An augmented reality (AR) system and method for remotely sharing an AR service is provided. The AR system includes a plurality of client devices and a host device. The AR system allows information related to a marker and information related an AR object to be shared between client devices participating in an AR session, which may be separated by a reference distance, through a host device. Accordingly, an AR service may be shared between the client devices.

Abstract: An augmented reality (AR) system and method for remotely sharing an AR service using different markers are provided. The AR system includes a plurality of client devices and a host device. The host device of the AR system may set a sharing area of different makers, and may enable sharing of information included in the sharing area among remotely located client devices. The client device of the AR system may display an AR object identified in the sharing area and may share information related to the AR object through an AR service.

Abstract: A cell broadcasting service system includes: a terminal for generating a short message service (SMS) type message and a cell broadcasting service (CBS) type message; an SMS center for transmitting a CBS type message to a CB center when receiving the CBS type message from the terminal; and a CB center for broadcasting a received message to a corresponding range area by referring to broadcast range information of the message when receiving the message from the SMS center. By assigning a CB ID to a specific subscriber group (a small circles or a local group), a general subscriber can broadcast a short message in the position of the CB entity. In addition, various get-together information and local information can be easily provided to subscribers of a group located within a broadcast range, and more efficient and substantial information can be provided at a low cost.

In a protocol of a radio system having a client and a server communicating with each other, the invention includes the steps of performing idle and normal procedures in the client, performing a recovery procedure if an error occurs in performing the idle and normal procedures, and performing a re-attach procedure and an activation procedure according to the error and an error occurring point.
