  • Patent number: 11951497
Abstract: A method of assembling a trigger sprayer assembly includes providing an engine having a piston chamber and a fluid passage that is fluidly coupled to the piston chamber, the fluid passage extending from an input portion to an output portion. The method further includes inserting a piston component into the piston chamber, and coupling a trigger lever to the engine and the piston component. Pivoting the trigger lever relative to the engine pushes and pulls the piston component within the piston chamber to drive fluid from the input portion to the output portion of the fluid passage. The method further includes coupling a shroud to the engine, where the coupling comprises positioning a rail protrusion of the engine within a corresponding recess formed in the shroud, and inserting a shelf extending from an interior surface of the shroud into a pair of receiving clips extending from the engine.

  • Patent number: 11938045
Abstract: Breathable residual-limb system that admits air and allows sweat to evaporate from the surface of the residual limb. In an embodiment, the system comprises a liner sock to be worn on the residual limb, and comprising air-permeable textile forming a substantially cylindrical portion that is closed on a distal end and open on a proximal end and comprising an internal surface and an external surface. The liner sock further comprises a friction-interface material that covers only a portion of the internal surface of the air-permeable textile, such that, when worn on the residual limb, the friction-interface material contacts a surface of the residual limb, and an uncovered portion of the air-permeable textile which the friction-interface material does not cover allows air to pass between an external environment of the liner sock and the surface of the residual limb.

  • Publication number: 20220386438
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system, device, and method for checking functionality of tail lights, brake lights, and turn lights of a vehicle and/or a connected trailer. The invention includes a key fob device that wirelessly connects with a vehicle's on-board light control module (i.e. ECU). The key fob can be used from outside of the vehicle to transmit wireless instructions to flash or actuate tail lights, brake lights, and turn lights for a predetermined time enabling a user standing behind the vehicle to check the functionality of the lights of the vehicle. The user can activate control buttons on the key fob to selectively activate tail lights, brake lights, and turn lights. The present invention eliminates the need to ask for assistance to check functionality of vehicle lights or spend time getting in and out of a truck cab to check the lights while alone.

  • Publication number: 20220314253
Abstract: A trigger sprayer assembly for dispensing a fluid is provided. The assembly includes an engine having a piston chamber and an outlet passage that is fluidly coupled to the piston chamber, a piston having a plunger and an intermediate portion that extends from the plunger and terminates in an end portion, a trigger lever having a main body and a piston coupling body, and a pair of trigger springs coupled to the main body. Each trigger spring includes a first curved portion, a second curved portion, and a terminating portion. The terminating portions are configured to fit within recesses formed in the engine, and the piston coupling body engages with the end portion. Pivoting the trigger lever from a neutral position to an actuated position compresses the trigger springs and pushes the plunger into the piston chamber to drive fluid into the outlet passage.

  • Publication number: 20220314252
Abstract: A trigger sprayer assembly is provided. The assembly includes an engine having a piston chamber and a fluid passage that extends from an inlet portion to an outlet portion, a piston having a plunger that is disposed within the piston chamber, and a trigger lever that is configured to pivot between a neutral position and an actuated position. The assembly further includes an input valve and an output valve configured to control unidirectional fluid flow through the inlet and outlet portions of the fluid passage. The input valve includes a cylindrical body terminating in a flap portion. Pivotal movement of the trigger lever from the actuated position to the neutral position pulls the plunger out of the piston chamber such that the flap portion of the input valve pivots from a closed position to an opened position and fluid flows through the input valve and into the piston chamber.
