In the playing position the crossbar is extended vertically away from the crossbar housing section and the first and second goal posts are respectively extended from the first and second goal post housing sections. In the retracted position the crossbar is disposed in the crossbar housing section and the first and second goal posts are respectively disposed in the first and second goal post housing sections. A cover plate includes portions that surround the goal posts. Wheels may be attached to the bottom portions of the goal posts. A counter-weight may be provided to bias the goal frame towards the playing position.

Abstract: An air conditioning system and a method of installing the same are provided. In one aspect, an air conditioning system includes an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The indoor unit is a split-system indoor unit that includes an indoor coil and an indoor fan for moving air over the indoor coil to condition a designated space. The outdoor unit is positioned within an opening defined by an exterior wall and includes an outdoor coil and an outdoor fan for moving air over the outdoor coil. The indoor coil of the indoor unit and the outdoor coil of the outdoor unit are fluidly coupled such that a sealed system is formed between the indoor and outdoor units. The outdoor unit can be a revamped packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) with the indoor sealed components removed therefrom. A streamlined sleeve cover can be connected to a sleeve of the revamped PTAC.

Abstract: A method of determining a target IOL based on an optimized IOL constant, including, with a computing device, sorting available refraction data from a plurality of cataract surgery patients to identify appropriate post-operative refraction results based on user configurable criteria. Then, for each identified appropriate post-operative refraction result, the method determines a reference IOL constant that would have given an exact desired result for a selected IOL power estimation formula and analyzing the reference IOL constants to provide at least one optimized IOL constant that is: sub-grouped according to an axial length for the selected IOL power estimation formula; or determined as a function of axial length. The computing device determines based on the at least one optimized IOL constant, a target IOL power for a target axial length and target IOL power estimation formula; and provides, based on the target IOL power, a target IOL implant.

Abstract: A method is provided for recovering fractions from an animal rendering process wastewater stream, wherein the fractions include one or more of fat, oil, grease, and protein derived from an animal source. To recover the fractions, the wastewater stream is processed to separate insoluble or immiscible contaminants as collected skimmings, and treating the collected skimmings with an effective amount of a nonionic demulsifying surfactant.
