Abstract: A hand-operated screw press for users to press cannabis flower or isolated trichome heads without an air compressor, hydraulic unit or solvents used in the process. A digital load cell is provided, as is a full color LCD touch screen display for showing and recording force in real time. A mechanism for detecting the end point of a process is also provided. A recipe representative of heat plate temperature, time of operation, pressure ramping, capacity of the screw press, type of raw material, or mass of raw material can be created and stored for use on any suitable rosin press machine.

Abstract: A Cannabis trichome separator. At least one storage vessels are provided, each vessel having an open top and adapted to receive a plant material and chilled or ice water mixture. A mechanism for agitating the mixture is also provided. Another mechanism raises, lowers, and pivots the agitating mechanism, so the agitating mechanism can be placed over the open top of each of the at least one storage vessels. The mixture can be agitated in each of the storage vessels, seriatim. Also disclosed is a method for processing raw plant material. A plant material and chilled or ice water is introduced into each of at least one storage vessels. The agitating mechanism agitates the mixture in a first of the storage vessels, pivoting the agitating mechanism from a first position to a second position, and agitating the mixture in subsequent storage vessels, seriatim.

Abstract: An extraction freeze drying system. The freeze dryer has a cold collector, heating elements, and a vacuum chamber. A first removable collector vessel is operatively and removably connected to the freeze dryer. A second removable collector vessel is provided for replacing the first removable collector vessel upon removal thereof from the freeze dryer. The first and second removable collectors are jacketed vessels. Fluid is allowed to pass through the jacket to maintain proper temperatures. A sealable lid is attached to the first removable collector vessel immediately upon or prior to removal from the freeze dryer. The sealable lid comprises a drain valve and spout to aid in pouring off water or terpenes during the separation process.
