Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for defining field regions within agricultural fields. An example computer-implemented method includes identifying a field, retrieving data for the identified field, and displaying a graphical display including the identified field and at least some of the retrieved data. The method also includes receiving, via the graphical display, an input to create a field region within the identified field based on passes of an agricultural apparatus in the identified field and retrieving pass data for the passes of the agricultural apparatus in the field. The method further includes displaying, on the graphical display, the pass data, defining the field region based on the pass data, so that a boundary of the field region corresponds to a start point and an end point of each of the passes of the agricultural apparatus, and displaying, on the graphical display, field performance data constrained to the field region.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for generating a plurality of data files, by: displaying a field map corresponding to an agricultural field through a graphical user interface, selecting multiple locations on the field map, identifying, for each selected location, a corresponding data file, generating and displaying a geographic region comprising locations in the identified corresponding data files, and updating the graphical user interface to include a data panel corresponding to the geographic region.

In an embodiment, a system generates a plurality of data files by performing, for each data file of the plurality of data files: identifying a start condition; in response to identifying the start condition, generating a new data file; recording data of an apparatus moving through an agricultural field in the new data file, the data comprising locations of the apparatus during said recording; identifying a stop condition; and, in response to identifying the stop condition, storing the new data file. Abstract: Systems and methods for generating agronomic yield maps from field health imagery maps are described herein. In an embodiment, an agricultural intelligence computer system receives a field health imagery map for a particular agronomic field. The system additional receives data describing a total harvested mass of a crop on the particular agronomic field. The system computes an average yield for the plurality of locations on the particular agronomic field. Using the field health imagery map, the system generates a spatial distribution of agronomic yield based, at least in part, on the average yield. The system then generates a yield map using the spatial distribution of agronomic yield.
