    Abstract: A system for controlling thermal conductivity of a housing of an electronic part is provided. In particular, liquid is disposed within a hollow portion formed between an external wall body and an internal wall body of the housing and a magnetic field generating member is attached to an outer surface of the internal wall body. Insulating magnetic particles are dispersed in the liquid, and an orientation of the insulating magnetic particles is changed according to a direction of a magnetic field applied by the magnetic field generating member. This, as a result, controls the thermal conductivity of the housing.

    Abstract: A heat dissipation device for electronic controllers, is provided and includes a housing that has a hollow portion into which a working fluid for heat transfer and dissipation is filled. The housing of the electronic controller is formed to have the hollow portion using the material containing the heat-conductive filler and the heat transfer working fluid is filled in the hollow portion, to improve the cooling efficiency and achieving the weight reduction. By forming the condensation unit that condenses the vaporized working fluid in the upper end portion relative to the working fluid filled in the hollow portion of the housing, the heat exchange effect of the working fluid may be maximized.

The apparatus includes a thermally and electrically conductive interface plate embedded by overmolding a plurality of heat pipes and electrodes placed between the heat pipes closely between battery cells. A heat sink, that is a condensation part, is integrally connected to an upper end of the heat pipe on an air cooling channel of a battery housing.     Abstract: A device for indirectly cooling a battery module of an eco-friendly vehicle is provided that cools the battery module using an interfacial plate into which a heat pipe is inserted to maximize battery heat emission performance and simultaneously prevent degradation of battery performance. A thermally-conductive interfacial plate in which a heat pipe is embedded by over-molding is disposed between battery cells and a heat sink, which is a condensation unit, integrally connected to an upper end of the heat pipe is disposed in a cooling air flow path to improve contact strength between the interfacial plate and the battery cells. A planar heat emitter is disposed between the battery cells where the interfacial plate is not disposed to heat the battery to a proper-level temperature in a cold-start environment and a low-temperature environment, thereby improving battery performance and preventing degradation in vehicle power.

The strip of shape memory material extends from an inner surface of the inner panel and is attached or detached to/from the metal plate on the outer panel while changing into an original straight shape or a bent shape according to a temperature variation. Here, when the temperature increase beyond a first transition temperature, the shape memory material straightens to form a heat transfer path. At a low temperature environment, the shape memory material bends and is separated from the metal plate to interrupt the heat transfer path.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a hybrid polymer composite for electromagnetic wave shielding, and a method for fabricating the same. Specifically, the hybrid polymer composite may be fabricated by combining a microcapsule that is surface coated with at least one carbon nanotube and includes a phase change material (PCM), whose phase easily transitions from solid to liquid upon exposure to heat, with at least one carbon fiber and a matrix polymer. The disclosed hybrid polymer composite has enhanced electromagnetic wave shielding properties that result, in part, from the ability of the PCM to dissipate and remove heat generated by electromagnetic absorption. Additionally, the disclosed composite has excellent conductivity due to its polymer properties and the formation of a network between fillers and the polymer.
