  • Patent number: 10906206
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing fiber-reinforced concrete through shooting after inserting bubbles into normal concrete and a method for manufacturing the same, which: form fiber-mixed concrete in which the bubbles, fiber-mixed materials, and silica fume are mixed in the normal concrete or form the fiber-mixed concrete in which aggregates, water, and the bubbles are put into and mixed with a mixture, in which cement, the fiber-mixed materials, and silica fume are mixed; and then shoots the fiber-reinforced concrete in which excessive air included in the fiber-mixed concrete is reduced by spraying the fiber-mixed concrete with the high-pressure air when the fiber-mixed concrete is discharged, and of which a slump, drastically increased due to the large amount of bubbles, is reduced to a range of the slump of the normal concrete, thereby improving the production capacity of the fiber-reinforced concrete and shortening operating time.

  • Patent number: 10207233
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing rapid-hardening concrete and a method for producing same, the rapid-hardening concrete being produced by intermixing and dissipating air in normal concrete and adding an early-strength admixture thereto. With respect to forming rapid-hardening concrete, mixed concrete is formed by mixing in a large volume of air bubbles to be discarded, along with an early-strength admixture, to already mixed normal concrete, the early-strength admixture getting evenly dispersed therewithin by means of the ball bearing effect of the air bubbles, and when the mixed concrete is discharged, a rapid-hardening concrete is shotcreted while excess air contained in the mixed concrete is dissipated by means of high-performance air, the slump which was raised due to the large amount of air bubbles having been reduced to the slump range for normal concrete.

  • Patent number: 10151069
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for constructing a continuously reinforced concrete pavement using foam shotcrete by: positioning continuous reinforcement bars on a base layer where a concrete pavement is constructed; producing normal concrete having a compressive strength of 21-30 MPa from a batch plant and transporting same to a construction site; and shooting a normal strength concrete, which has been produced by mixing, with a mixing part, fly ash or fine slag powder or a low-grade mixed material produced by mixing the fly and the fine slag powder in a state in which fluidity has been increased by mixing in 20-40% of air bubbles with respect to volume, or shooting a high-performance concrete, which has been produced by mixing, with the mixing part, one or a mixture of two or more of silica fume, meta-kaolin, latex, polymers, and a coloring material.

  • Patent number: 10118312
Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus and method for manufacturing high-performance concrete by introducing air into normal concrete and dissipating air, wherein high-performance concrete is formed in a manner in which bubbles, which are to be removed, are added in a large amount together with an admixture to pre-blended normal concrete so that the admixture is uniformly dispersed in the normal concrete using the ball-bearing effect of the bubbles, thus forming mixed concrete, and the mixed concrete is discharged using air at a high pressure of 5 atom or more to thereby shoot high-performance concrete of which the slump, remarkably increased due to the large amount of bubbles, is reduced to fall within the range of slump of normal concrete while dissipating excess air from the mixed concrete.
