Abstract: An embodiment method of recognizing a parking floor for a vehicle includes recognizing a spot at which the vehicle enters a parking deck, obtaining an inclination signal indicating an inclination trajectory of the vehicle traveling during a parking period from entry to the parking deck to parking, obtaining an inclination pulse of the inclination signal based on a reference inclination value, and determining a floor number of the parking deck on which the vehicle is parked using the inclination pulse.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a distance measurement system comprising: a sensor unit for generating and transmitting a signal and receiving a reflected signal reflected back from an object; a buffer for temporarily storing data; and a control unit which calculates the distance to the object by measuring the time from when the signal is transmitted from the sensor unit to when the reflected signal is received. According to the present invention, the proposed distance measurement system uses an algorithm combining probability and moving average, thus having the effect of significantly improving the reliability of distance measurement compared to existing modes of distance detection.

Abstract: The present inventive concept relates to a method for removing impurities in thin film and a substrate processing apparatus. The method for removing impurities in a thin film includes the steps of: providing a substrate having a thin film formed thereon in a process chamber; supplying a first gas reacting and coupling with impurities contained in the thin film, into the process chamber; exhausting a coupled product of the impurities and the first gas by depressurizing an interior of the process chamber after stopping the supply of the first gas; curing the thin film by supplying a second gas being different from the first gas into the process chamber; and stopping the supply of the second gas and exhausting the remaining second gas from the interior of the process chamber.

Abstract: A pseudo dual port memory device in which an operating speed is improved and stability is increased is provided. The pseudo dual port memory device may include a memory cell, a pair of bit lines connected to the memory cell, a write driver, a sense amp, and a column multiplexer which is connected to the bit lines, receives a write multiplexer control signal and a read multiplexer control signal, connects the bit lines to the write driver in response to the write multiplexer control signal, and connects the bit lines to the sense amp in response to the read multiplexer control signal. A precharge control signal generation circuit which is connected to the column multiplexer may generate a precharge control signal on the basis of the read and write multiplexer control signals, and a bit line precharge circuit may precharge the bit lines based on the precharge control signal.
