Abstract: Suggested is an antenna module in which a radiation pattern for ultra-wideband communication and at least one of a radiation pattern for short-range communication, a radiation pattern for transmitting and receiving wireless power, a radiation pattern for electronic payment are integrally formed to enable communication with a vehicle. The suggested antenna module comprises: a first antenna having a first radiation pattern resonating in a first frequency band; and a second antenna disposed on one surface of the first antenna and having a second radiation pattern resonating in a UWB frequency band different from the first frequency band. The first antenna includes a base substrate on which the first radiation pattern is formed and an extension substrate extending outward from the base substrate, and the second antenna is disposed on the upper surface of the extension substrate.

Abstract: An electric grill includes an electric heating means inside a main body case thereof to apply infrared heat to a material to be cooked and is easy to clean after cooking. The main body case includes pillar main body cases vertically extending from an upper surface of a lower main body case and having vertically-arranged electric heating means. The pillar main body cases are coupled to each other, forming an inner space. A heat-resistant container through which infrared light is transmitted has a long rectangular barrel or cylindrical shape and is formed from a material through which infrared light is transmitted, thereby providing a structure in the inner space in which heat (infrared radiation) is directly transmitted to the inside of the heat-resistant container. A grilling tool allows the material to be cooked to be mounted thereon and is capable of directly heating and cooking the material with infrared radiation.

Abstract: A system for measuring an access time of a memory includes a first delay unit configured to delay a clock signal by a first delay time and to output a first delayed clock signal, a second delay unit configured to delay the clock signal by a second delay time greater than the first delay time and to output a second delayed clock signal, a memory configured to store data, the data being read from the memory in response to the first delayed clock signal, a detection data storage configured to store the data read from the memory in response to the second delayed clock signal, and a controller configured to measure an access time of the memory based on a comparison of the data in the detection data storage and the data in the memory, the first delayed clock signal and the second delayed clock signal.

Abstract: Disclosed is a traffic accident photographing device for a vehicle. The device comprises camera-fastening means for fastening a camera to the vehicle to allow the camera to photograph an actual scene upon occurrence of a collision; and shutter-pressing means for allowing a shutter of the camera fastened to the vehicle by the camera-fastening means, to be pressed by a weight member which is moved under action of inertia force generated by the collision.
