A substrate heat-treating apparatus including the hot plate, and a method of fabricating the hot plate. The hot plate includes: a body with a heater; a plurality of first holes pass through the body in a downward direction; a plurality of proximity pins formed on the body support the substrate such that the substrate does not contact the top of the body. A plurality of second holes formed in at least some of the proximity pins and pass through the proximity pins in the downward direction from surfaces of the proximity pins. The first and second holes are connected to each other, and a vacuum is created inside the first and second holes to fix the substrate.

Also, the terminal of the coil unit is connected to a separate terminal unit installed outside the diaphragm, such that the material used to form the diaphragm can be selected regardless of the conductivity, and foreign materials, such as, flux, can be prevented from contaminating the inside of the device and degrading the quality of an image.

    Abstract: An optical pickup having a blade including a first blade in which an objective lens is mounted and which is made of a reinforced plastics material, and a second blade in which driving coils are mounted and which is made of a magnesium alloy material. Since the first blade has a low thermal conductivity coefficient, the heat generated in the coils is prevented from being transferred to the objective lens, whereas the second blade having a high thermal conductivity coefficient radiates the heat generated by the coils to the outside. Thus, the heat distortion of the objective lens can be suppressed, and damages to the coils or rigidity reduction of the blade can be avoided.
