Abstract: Provided is an operating method of an advertisement management device, the operating method including: based on log data of a plurality of users collected from a certain game, setting at least one group for the certain game; registering advertisement information to be provided to the at least one group; requesting a plurality of platform servers capable of providing advertisements to provide the advertisement information for each of the at least one group; obtaining, from the plurality of platform servers, feedback information of advertisements provided for each of the at least one group; and based on the feedback information, performing management of the advertisement information registered for each of the at least one group.

Abstract: A method for preparing error recovery of a memory device included in a memory system includes performing a training operation of the memory device upon power-on of the memory system, booting an operating system into a normal mode by operating the memory device using a selected operation frequency of a plurality of operation frequencies based on results of the training operation, detecting an error frequency among the plurality of operation frequencies in response to a change of the selected operation frequency of the memory device by the operating system, the error frequency being an operation frequency which causes at least one error in the memory device, and storing information regarding the detected error frequency in a first register included in a memory controller associated with the memory device.

Abstract: In one example, a semiconductor device can comprise a substrate, a device stack, first and second internal interconnects, and an encapsulant. The substrate can comprise a first and second substrate sides opposite each other, a substrate outer sidewall between the first substrate side and the second substrate side, and a substrate inner sidewall defining a cavity between the first substrate side and the second substrate side. The device stack can be in the cavity and can comprise a first electronic device, and a second electronic device stacked on the first electronic device. The first internal interconnect can be coupled to the substrate and the device stack. The encapsulant can cover the substrate inner sidewall and the device stack and can fill the cavity. Abstract: A memory structure and method for implementing an on screen display (OSD) is disclosed. The present invention separates a command area, which stores small but frequently updated data causing fatal errors due to erroneous read, from a bitmap area, which stores relatively larger data, less frequently updated than the command area and which is not sensitive to errors. Thus, OSD memory structure and method allows an external host processor to effectively control the OSD process. Also, the command area further comprises a global command and a plurality of local commands, wherein the global command contains common control information to the local commands and control information other than OSD information, thereby allowing the external host processor to effectively control the OSD even when implementing multistandard OSD where a plurality of bitmap and commands for these bitmap are constructed in an external memory.
