Abstract: The organizer (10) includes a traditional ringed binder (12) which contains a strategy page (20), a storage page (40), a player position page (50), and magnetic player pieces (60). The strategy page includes a strategy board bearing a plan view of a playing field of a team sport which can be written on with a marker and disposed on the first surface of the page, and a roster board (25) on its opposite surface which includes a matrix having players' names, positions for the players and time played, and an open space below the matrix for notes by the coach. The storage page (40) and the position page (50) are both made of a ferrous metal, and magnetic player pieces (60) are releasably affixed to the storage page (40) and the position page (50) to provide instructions to the players.
