The air cushion cylinder is sleeved within the cavity. The bottom cover covers the bottom of the cavity. The shoe has a bottom layer, a middle layer and a top layer; the middle layer contains at least one mounting hole for mounting the at least one shock absorption module. The air tube is in an air tube groove on the middle layer, and one end of which is connected to the air cushion cylinder while another end is connected with a nozzle.

    Abstract: An ultrasonic separation mechanism for storage batteries, having a separation workpiece and at least one ultrasonic vibrating element; the separation workpiece is provided with at least one interior chamber for the sealed installation of the at least one ultrasonic vibration element. The at least one ultrasonic vibrating element is installed in the at least one interior chamber, and a power supply wire extends through the at least one interior chamber and out of the separation workpiece. When the ultrasonic separation mechanism is applied between the positive and negative electrodes, the at least one ultrasonic vibrating element produces high frequency ultrasonic vibration which directly acts on the separation workpiece, creating an ultrasonic cavitation effect.

    Abstract: An ultrasonic battery-mounting device, having a battery holder, a base, shock-absorbing parts, an ultrasonic vibrating motor installed at a bottom surface of the battery holder to achieve high frequency ultrasonic vibration of the battery holder, and a battery fixture part provided on the battery holder. The battery holder is provided on the base, and the shock-absorbing parts are installed between the battery holder and the base to reduce vibrational transfer from the battery holder to the base. The ultrasonic vibrating motor produces ultrasonic vibration in high frequency, causing battery fluid or particles in the battery to move in high frequency to reduce the problems of internal crystallization and blockage due the formed crystals, or poor flow of electrons due to low external temperature, thereby maintaining the battery in a well-functioning condition without changing the internal structure of the battery.

The insertable locking plate structure comprises a hollow plate body, a plurality of locking pins and controlling rods. The locking pins protrude outside or retract inside the sides of the hollow plate body under control of the controlling rods. The panels are arranged side by side with each other. The insertable locking plate structures are inserted into the insertion cavities of the panels, and the locking pins are inserted into the locking pin holes by the controlling rods to assemble the panels to form an integrated panel.
