  • Publication number: 20180333079
Abstract: Disclosed is a motion digitizing and evaluating device, capable of preparing recordings or motion files more accurate—from several aspects—than those known so far, even without a permanent external reference signal. In addition to the inertial measurement units fixed to the separately moving body parts or spare parts of the examined person, living creature or objects, basic parts of the device are also the pressure-sensitive sole units and the pressure sensor gloves, thanks to which the location-changing movements can be truly tracked by the virtual bone system mapped by the software. With more accurate motion detection, the external magnetic orientation—which has so far been inevitable for such purposes in the previous systems—or the application of multi-axial magnetometers can be easily eliminated. A part of the patent is a strap vest for the more precise fixing of the strain-related sensors on the back.

  • Patent number: 4832078
Abstract: A quick-action valve is opened and closed by a quarter turn. Safe closing with high mechanical advantage is provided, while the valve member is removed completely from the path of the flow upon valve opening. The valve member is fixed to a valve arm, mounted for rotation on a shaft. The valve includes an auxiliary shaft around which an actuating arm with a roller fixed to it are turnable. The roller moves the valve arm, or an auxiliary arm connected to it, so that upon closing it rolls substantially tangentially on a camming surface, thus bringing about maximum force transmission. A few degrees after the dead center position, rotation of the actuating arm is limited by a stop, and self-holding takes place in the closed position. In a preferred version the roller runs in the groove on the valve arm or auxiliary arm.

  • Patent number: 4642987
Abstract: Process and equipment serving for the utilization of geothermic energy. In the course of the process water is introduced in a vapor producing pipe driven into the rock under the terrain and by making use of the geothermic heat, water is evaporated and the vapor is utilized such as for the generation of electrical energy. A superatmospheric pressure is set in the vapor producing pipe and a liquid (heat carrying medium) is let to trickle down in the tube, the saturated vapor of which contains 1000 kJ/m.sup.3 of latent heat of evaporation at the adjusted superatmospheric pressure. The equipment includes a vapor producing pipe embedded in the rock under the terrain, a liquid feeding device connected to the upper end of the vapor producing pipe as well as a device to serve for transforming the energy of the extracted vapor.

  • Patent number: 4451804
Abstract: A four-terminal network, especially for filtering frequency bands or values, behaves as an ideal winding, therefore ensures high selectivity and, if equipped with an iron core, the possibility of carrying out switch operations. The network includes a pair of closely adjacent inductor coils having parallel turns for current in opposite directions, and equal inductance with a capacitor connected to at least one end of one of the coils.
