Abstract: Described and is a portable BBQ grill. The portable BBQ grill includes a pair of grill housings, each grill housing pivotally connected with a lower housing and having a grilling surface. The grilling housings are pivotal from a closed configuration in which the grilling surfaces face one another and an open configuration in which the grilling surfaces are substantially horizontal and exposed for grilling. A pair of handles are also included. Each handle is pivotally attached with one of the grill housings. When in the closed configuration, the pair of handles pivot toward one another to operate as a carrying handle for the portable BBQ grill, and when in the open configuration, the pair of handles pivot downward to provide a pair of legs that, in conjunction with the lower housing provide three legs upon which the portable BBQ grill rests.

Abstract: A ball-throwing apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus includes a receptacle for holding at least one ball-shaped projectile, the receptacle having an opening. A feeder is also included in the apparatus, the feeder having a track associated with the opening in the receptacle. The track has a first section positioned adjacent the opening and a second section spaced apart from the first section. The apparatus also includes a holder for holding the at least one ball-shaped projectile in a stationary position, and a launching assembly for launching the at least one projectile in a direction extending away from the ball-throwing apparatus. The ball-throwing apparatus may be sized so that a variety of different pets are able to drop the at least one ball-shaped projectile into the receptacle. Methods of using the apparatus are also disclosed.

Abstract: A device for processing media may include a system and method for loading and unloading consumable supplies of a media processing device, and more particularly, a system and method for providing a compact form factor media processing device which provides convenient access to the replaceable components of the media processing device. A media processing device may include a base and a lid hingedly attached to the base, moveable between a closed position in which the lid is secured to the base, and an open position. A cavity may be defined between the lid and the base, where the cavity is inaccessible when the lid is in the closed position and the cavity is accessible when the lid is in the open position. The media processing device may include a ribbon positioning assembly disposed within the cavity.

Abstract: A fresh food shipping Vessel is described. The food shipping Vessel includes an outer protective shell, an internal insulation cage with a closing lid and a plurality of drawers. The drawers and other components are specifically designed to provide for conductive and/or convective properties within the Vessel to assist in maintaining food items at a desired temperature. Further, the food containers and ice packs are also designed to assist in the conductive and/or convective properties of the food shipping Vessel, thereby allowing for shipment of fresh food products for extended periods of time.

Abstract: A hair measuring assembly capable of being operated by a single hand of a user and including a collection assembly, including a hair retaining and measuring portion movably mounted on a body and selectively disposable between a collecting position and a retaining and measuring position. The single handed manipulation of a hand grip, concurrently disposes a plurality of two grip segments into either an open or a closed orientation, thereby forcing the hair retaining and measuring portion between the collecting and hair retaining and measuring positions. A “single use” cartridge for carrying out the collection, retention and measurement of hair and also hair breakage is presented. The “single use” cartridge includes suitable structure for mounting and operable attachment to the hair measuring assembly by a person, without regard to whether he or she is left-handed or right-handed.
