  • Patent number: 8503433
Abstract: A method of processing a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) call is disclosed. The method includes receiving a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) associated with a destination telephone number from a telephone number mapping (ENUM) server associated with a third service provider. The method also includes receiving an Internet Protocol (IP) address of a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) server associated with a second service provider in response to a query by a first service provider to a Domain Name Service (DNS) server. The query is based on the URI. Additionally, the method includes contacting the SIP server using the IP address of the SIP server to set up a bearer path of the VoIP call.

  • Patent number: 8186940
Abstract: A ventilation arrangement for a wind turbine includes an air inlet opening located in a nose cone of said wind turbine, a manhole cover for covering a manhole of a rotor hub of said wind turbine, the manhole cover providing a vent opening for venting hot air from an internal space of said rotor hub, and a flexible piping establishing fluid communication between the internal space of the rotor hub and the air inlet opening.

  • Publication number: 20090320440
Abstract: A wet compression system for a gas turbine compressor having a bellmouth that includes a plurality of nozzles for spraying a fine spray of liquid disposed within an aft section of the bellmouth. The aft section of the bellmouth may include a downstream half of the bellmouth, and the nozzles may be connected to a plurality of struts, each of the struts comprising a structural member that connects an inner diameter casing of the bellmouth to an outer diameter casing of the bellmouth. In some embodiments, the nozzles may be positioned on a leading edge of at least one of the struts and a minimum clearance of at least approximately 0.2 m may be maintained between the nozzles and the inner diameter casing of the bellmouth. In other embodiments, the nozzles may be positioned on a trailing edge of at least one of the struts and a minimum clearance of at least approximately 0.05 m may be maintained between the nozzles and the inner diameter casing of the bellmouth.

  • Patent number: 7529231
Abstract: A Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) call from a first provider to a destination telephone number served by a second provider comprises sending a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) INVITE message from an originating switch to a first SIP server of the first provider. The first SIP server queries a telephone number mapping (ENUM) server of either the first, second or a third provider, and receives a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) associated with the destination telephone number. The ENUM server may be internal or external to the first provider. The first provider queries a Domain Name Service (DNS) server based on the URI, and receives an Internet Protocol (IP) address of a second SIP server of the second provider. The first SIP server and the second SIP server are used to set up a bearer path for the VoIP call between the originating switch and a destination switch.

  • Publication number: 20070028947
Abstract: An on-line water wash system for a compressor having a bellmouth casing with a region of known high velocity inlet airflow and a number of rotating blades. The water wash system may include a number of water nozzles positioned within the bellmouth casing about the region of known high velocity inlet airflow and a stream of water droplets. The stream of water droplets is targeted by the water nozzles so as to avoid the bellmouth casing and the rotating blades.
