Abstract: An interactive and custom support kiosk is disclosed. In one embodiment, a kiosk is provided including a user attribute identification system and a region-specific linkage. The user attribute identification system may be a user language identification system where the user's preferred language may be detected. With detection of a user's preferred language, the kiosk may display a language-customized display with customized features based on the identified language. In some embodiments, the customized features may include a language-based experience format similar to a user's experience which would be expected in the user's home geography. In some examples, a second level of interaction may be provided wherein the user may be connected to a region-specific operator. The operator may provide immediate live help or assistance through the kiosk. In addition, security controls may be provided with the interactive language and custom support kiosk.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for treating clothing with a clothing treatment device under a pressure environment altered from an ambient pressure. In one example, the clothing treatment device may comprise a chamber which may be evacuated to a low internal air pressure by a vacuum pump and/or a cold plate, wherein fabric articles placed inside the chamber may be washed and dried, and wherein the drying occurs under low pressure conditions within the chamber via one or more heat sources. In at least one example, the fabric articles may be hanging within the chamber.

Abstract: A smart refrigeration system includes at least one rotatable shelf having at least one storage compartment, the at least one storage compartment having an identification unit for identifying an item in the at least one storage compartment, where the smart refrigeration system is configured to track at least one of weight and freshness information of the item. The identification unit is configured to capture an image of the item or scan a barcode of the item. The smart refrigeration system further includes a reminder unit notifying a user to restock the item. The smart refrigeration system further includes a temperature control unit configured to adjust the temperature of the at least one storage compartment independently from other storage compartments in the smart refrigeration system.

Abstract: A multi-sensored smart cooking apparatus includes a setting module for setting at least one of a cooking time and a cooking temperature, a sensing module comprising at least one of a temperature sensor, a weight sensor, and a water level sensor, a controller coupled to the setting module and the sensing module, a cooking module coupled to the sensing module and the controller, where the controller is configured to adjust at least one of the cooking time and the cooking temperature in response to one or more sensed signals from the sensing module. The multi-sensored smart cooking apparatus is configured to turn off, when a sensed temperature of the cooking module is above a temperature threshold, when a sensed weight on the cooking module is below a weight threshold, or when a sensed water level is below a water level threshold.

Abstract: An air conditioning system includes a first fan coupled to a first air outlet of a first room, a second fan coupled to a second air outlet of a second room, and a microprocessor controlling a fan speed of the first fan independent of a fan speed of the second fan. The air conditioning system also includes a first control unit and a first sensing unit in the first room, and a second control unit and a second sensing unit in the second room. The microprocessor is configured to adjust the fan speed of the first fan based upon a temperature threshold from the first control unit and a sensed temperature from the first sensing unit. The microprocessor is configured to adjust the fan speed of the second fan based upon a temperature threshold from the second control unit and a sensed temperature from the second sensing unit.

Abstract: A connector, configured to extend a plurality of interfaces, includes a housing and a plurality of pins extending out of the housing. The housing is designed to accommodate a plurality of contacts spaced apart in sequentially numbered contact locations including HDMI contact locations designated for a HDMI port, configured to couple to at least one HDMI interface via HDMI pins of the plurality of pins; USB contact locations designated for a USB port; a power contact location designated for a power port; and a detection contact location designated for a detection port, configured to detect the types and quantities of the plurality of interfaces via a detection pin. Abstract: A pill grasping method comprises rotating a grasping arm with a nozzle to a predetermined initial position driven by a driving mechanism, rotating a number of pill storage cases to position one of the pill storage cases with a set number of pills to a predetermined grasping pill position driven by an actuating mechanism, rotating the grasping arm to enter into the corresponding pill storage case, starting a pump to generate a vacuum in the nozzle for sucking a pill, and determining if an actual pressure value in a pipe connecting the nozzle to the pump is less than a predetermined pressure value. The grasping arm is rotated to the predetermined initial position when the actual pressure value is less than the predetermined pressure value.

Abstract: A host computer includes a computing box and a base. The computing box includes a box connector and outputs two different kinds of video signals via the box connector. The base includes a first interface, a second interface, and a base connector connected to the box connector. The first interface receives one of the two different kinds of video signals, and the second interface receives the other one of the two different kinds of video signals. The first interface outputs the one of the two different kinds of video signals to a display device, and the second interface outputs the other one of the two different kinds of video signals to another display device.

The obtaining module is used obtain a Body Mass Index to the cloud server, and the analyzing module is used to receive an updated dosage of reagents according to the Body Mass Index to the cloud server. The updating module is used to update an original dosage of reagents in the storing module according the updated dosage of reagents, and the downloading module is used to download the updated dosage of reagents, for allowing the third terminal to dispense pills. The disclosure further provides a monitoring method.
