  • Publication number: 20130255588
Abstract: An animal run having a plurality of side panels operable to be pivotally mounted along a central plane. Corresponding front panels are each pivotally coupled with one of the side panels and operable to be detachably coupled to an adjacent side panel. The side panels are moveable between a stored position, in which each side panel is positioned parallel the central plane, and an operational position, in which they extend outward at an angle from the central plane. Each front panel is moveable between a stored position, in which it is positioned parallel the central plane, and an operational position, in which it is positioned at an angle from the side panel to which it is coupled and is detachably coupled with the other side panel. The side panels and front panel are configured to contain a dog or cat when in their operational position.

  • Patent number: 8438995
Abstract: An animal run having first and second side panels operable to be pivotally mounted along a central plane. A front panel is pivotally coupled with one of the side panels and operable to be detachably coupled to the other side panel. The side panels are moveable between a stored position, in which each side panel is positioned parallel the central plane, and an operational position, in which they extend outward at an angle from the central plane. The front panel is moveable between a stored position, in which it is positioned parallel the central plane, and an operational position, in which it is positioned at an angle from the side panel to which it is coupled and is detachably coupled with the other side panel. The side panels and front panel define an interior space for housing an animal when in their operational position.

  • Patent number: 5678707
Abstract: A crane apparatus includes an upstanding mainframe and a boom unit that is supported for rotation on the mainframe through a range of movement of about 500.degree.. The crane is provided with a plurality of fluid transmission lines having first ends fixed relative to the mainframe and second ends fixed relative to the boom unit. An elongated guide tube supports the lines relative to the boom unit and presents a lower end that is spaced radially from the axis of rotation of the boom unit for sweeping the lines along an arcuate path around the axis as the boom unit is rotated, coiling the lines beneath the guide element to inhibit kinking. This management of the lines reduces the amount of twisting per unit length of line and prevents kinking within the range of allowed movement of the boom unit.

  • Patent number: 4430847
Abstract: A combine (11) is provided with a feed reverser mechanism (81) to drive a pair of feeder conveyors (23, 24) and a header conveyor auger (46) in reverse when the operator detects a jammed condition in the feeder conveyors or auger. The reversing mechanism (81) includes a hydraulic drive motor (92), a wrap spring clutch (93) and a hydraulic actuator (142), which automatically increases the tension on a drive belt (68) when the conveyors (23, 24) and auger (46) are driven in a reverse direction by the hydraulic motor (92). A pump relief valve (191) prevents delivery of excessive torque to the conveyors (23, 24) and auger (46) during a feed reversing operation.
