This surfactant component, which consists of an anionic compound based on a monosulfuric acid ester of alkyl or alkyphenol polyglycol ethers as well as at least one nonionic alkyl or alkylphenol polyglycol ether, gives stable dispersions of the concentrated composition and forms stable dispersions of dilutions of the compositions suitable for direct use.
