  • Publication number: 20220185124
Abstract: A battery arrangement having a housing lower part and a housing cover arranged on the housing lower part, and at least one battery module which is arranged in the battery arrangement and which has at least one battery cell. The at least one battery module has a first side defining an upper side and is arranged in the battery arrangement in such a way that the upper side of the battery module faces toward the housing cover and is at a distance from the housing cover in at least one region of the upper side. Furthermore, between the upper side of the battery module and the housing cover, a heat-conducting compound that completely fills a space between the at least one region of the upper side and the housing cover is arranged.

  • Publication number: 20210036284
Abstract: A housing for at least one battery cell of an electrical energy accumulator of an at least partially electrically operated motor vehicle, having an interior of the battery housing, which is designed for arranging the at least one battery cell, and having at least one protective coating formed on at least one housing wall of the battery housing and facing toward the interior, wherein the protective coating is ceramic or glass-like or metallic and is designed to generate a degassing flow in the event of degassing of the battery cell from the interior of the battery housing. The disclosure furthermore relates to a motor vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20210028424
Abstract: A battery housing for a battery, in particular for a motor vehicle. The battery housing includes a housing base, a housing cover arranged opposite from the housing base, and multiple side walls, wherein a chamber is enclosed between the side walls, the housing base and the housing cover. At least one side wall of the multiple side walls comprises two side wall elements, which are arranged opposite each other and which form a duct between them.

  • Publication number: 20180031260
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of communicating control unit data from a control unit of a HVAC system to a portable reading device, the control unit comprising a display, the method comprising; generating a code based on said control unit data, converting said code into a graphical layout, and providing said graphical layout via the display. Disclosed herein is also a control unit of a HVAC system comprising a display and a processing unit, said control unit is configured to communicate control unit data, wherein the processing unit is configured to perform said method and the display is configured to provide the graphical layout. The invention further relates to a method of obtaining control unit data with a portable reading device from a control unit of a HVAC system, the method comprising; scanning a graphical layout, generating a code based on the graphical layout, decoding the code by accessing a website, and obtaining the control unit data based on the decoded code.

  • Patent number: 7725848
Abstract: A method of designing a low power circuit that implements specified functionality, the method including: analyzing code for an algorithmic description of the specified functionality to generate a design representation of the circuit at the algorithmic level; instrumenting the code for the algorithmic description so as to capture data streams during execution/simulation of the algorithmic description; executing/simulating the instrumented code to generate an activity profile for the algorithmic description, wherein said activity profile includes at least portions of data traces of at least a portion of the executed algorithmic description; using the design representation to generate an initial hardware design that is an estimate of hardware resources necessary to implement at least some of the specified functionality; and computing power consumption for the initial hardware design based on the activity profile and power models for the hardware resources.
