The coupling sleeve has an extending stepwise pivotal neck to couple with a tubular rod to attach the toggle joint bars such that the toggle joint bars are turnable about the axis to turn the tubular rod about the pivotal neck to allow the support frame and the toggle joint bars folding toward one another.
