Abstract: A hand tool for use by a user to lock and unlock a locking mechanism to secure a pallet to an aircraft is provided. The locking mechanism is coupled to a floor of the aircraft and includes a release trigger operably connected to a clamp that is designed to engage with a flange of the pallet. The hand tool includes an elongated rod having a top portion, an intermediate portion and a bottom portion, the bottom portion having a hook member with a curved hook portion continuously connected to an end hook portion, the end hook portion having a top slanted surface oriented approximately 5 degrees relative to a first horizontal plane. The elongated rod is designed to maneuver to permit the hook member to communicate with the release trigger of the locking mechanism, thereby unlocking or locking the locking mechanism.

Abstract: Certain embodiments of the disclosed technology may include systems and methods for detecting property capital gains. According to an example embodiment of the disclosed technology, a method is provided that includes receiving property transaction information comprising previous owner identification (ID) and property ID associated with a property. The method includes querying one or more databases with the property transaction information, receiving independent data in response to the querying, producing transformed data based at least in part on the independent data and the property transaction information, determining potential property capital gains for the property based at least in part on one or more of the property transaction information, the independent data, and the transformed data, and outputting data identifying the determined potential property capital gains associated with the property.

The composition includes a solvent having an elevated flash point, no VOC's or substantially no VOC's, and the composition can be used inside with little or no additional ventilation. The compositions contain no antioxidants, or low and controlled levels of antioxidants to allow the applied composition to properly oxidize and cure upon exposure to air. The compositions can be applied by all conventional methods known for applying sealants and stains.

Abstract: A sun shield for protecting automotive interiors during periods of non-use is provided. A spring biased roll apparatus provides a normally retracted orientation of the sun shield whereby manual grasping enables extending and covering of the automotive interior by securement members including spring loaded plungers to engage opposed sides of a forward portion of an automobile. Clasp means are additionally provided at forward portions of the unfurled core for engagement with associated attachment means positionable on the automotive dash board. Additionally, the vehicular sun shield is zippered medially of its length for selective shielding of either longitudinal half of said automotive interior.
