  • Patent number: 7942652
Abstract: A reciprocating liquid or gas pump is driven by bi-directional force. A prime mover causes eccentric weights to rotate, which in turn cause pistons to be driven in linear paths under bi-directional force. This bi-directional force then drives opposing sets of pistons to pump a fluid. The pressurized fluid can then be used for, e.g., driving a hydraulic motor.

  • Publication number: 20020124667
Abstract: A mechanical force generator for producing a unidirectional force by converting rotational force energy to a directional force by rotating a plurality of force generating units within a housing. Each force generating unit has a plurality of eccentrics mounted within an elongated structure. The eccentrics rotate around a shaft mounted transversely to the centerline of the elongated structure, and the structure rotates around its centerline, powered by a rotational force supplied to the housing. The rotation of the eccentrics produce a resultant unidirectional force.

  • Publication number: 20020104392
Abstract: A mechanical force generator for producing an unidirectional force by converting rotational force energy to a directional force by rotating a cage assembly about its longitudinal axis, which then turns a sun gear and planet gears to move opposing eccentrics to vary the radii of the center of mass of the eccentrics to produce a directional force. A timing mechanism is connected to the cage to change the phase relationship between the cage and axis to vary the resultant force output.

  • Patent number: 6369469
Abstract: A poly phase linear alternator comprising a housing. An input power gear train is mounted in one end of the housing. The input power gear train is rotatably driven by an outside power source. A pair of track guide rails are each mounted in an opposite side of the housing. A pair of eccentric assemblies are slidably mounted on the track guide rails. The eccentric assemblies are spaced apart and driven by the input power gear train to oscillate away from and towards one another in a linear movement. A pair of magnetic assemblies are slidably mounted on the track guide rails between the eccentric assemblies. Each magnetic assembly is connected via two spacers to one eccentric assembly. The magnetic assemblies can also oscillate away from and towards one another in a linear movement. Four stator assemblies are also provided. Two of the stator assemblies are mounted in the housing below the magnetic assemblies, while two of the stator assemblies are mounted in the housing above the magnetic assemblies.

  • Patent number: 6290622
Abstract: A mechanical force generator for producing a directional force by converting centrifugal force energy to a directional force by rotating a cage assembly about its longitudinal axis which then turns secondary shafts which rotate sets of eccentrics to produce a net unidirectional force in a direction which is transverse to the axis of rotation of the cage assembly. Two pairs of eccentrics rotate such that for each 90° of carrier cage rotation, the pairs of eccentrics have their mass centers positioned alternately between a balanced condition and an unbalanced condition, but, for each 90° of rotation, one pair of eccentrics is always developing a power stroke. A timing mechanism is connected to the carrier cage to change the phase relationship between the carrier cage and the holding frame to vary the resultant force output.
